DENISE Richards has accused her estranged husband of stealing her laptop and sharing her nude photos in an emergency court filing.
In the shock filing, the Real Housewives star pleaded with a judge to order her ex, Aaron Phypers, to hand back the laptop, which contained the photos and other sensitive information.

Her lawyer claimed Phypers was trying to give the photos to several news outlets.
In court documents filed on Monday, the attorney wrote: "As recently as July 25, 2025, [Phypers] has disseminated private information, including nude photographs of [Richards] from her laptop that he stole to various news organizations."
The filing asked that Richards' ex return the stolen items & stop sharing them, arguing Phypers "repeatedly violated" a restraining order Richards filed against him by doing so.
The restraining order required Phypers to return her laptops and anything he downloaded from her phone.
A hearing was held at 8:30 am on Monday without notifying Phypers.
Her attorney said Phyphers was not given notice to "prevent immediate danger or irreparable harm to myself (or my client)."
Richards' attorney also expressed concern that the laptop may be lost or damaged if Phypers were first notified.
The attorney attached her Temporary Restraining Order that was filed against Phypers on July 17.
A ruling has not yet been made on Richards' emergency filing, and Phypers did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
EXES AT WAR
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, in her initial restraining order, Richards alleged that she suffered physical and verbal abuse throughout her seven-year marriage with Phypers.
She alleged she had strikes to her head and face and was the subject of degrading profanities.
Richards claimed he had "threatened to kill her and caused her at least three concussions."
She filed the restraining order after Phypers filed for divorce from her after 6 years of marriage.
After the reality star filed her restraining order, Phypers alleged she had cheated on him.
RICHARDS' ALLEGED AFFAIR
Phypers alleged that he discovered Richards' supposed affair with another man earlier this year after coming across text messages on her laptop.
Phypers claimed the messages contained selfies and plans for "rendezvous at a hotel," he told TMZ.
Phypers told the publication that he confronted Richards about the alleged affair, and the couple initially decided to work through their issues and remain together.
However, a massive argument over the Fourth of July weekend led Phypers to file for divorce.
He also claimed that his phone went missing for over 24 hours and was later found smashed in a bin.
Phypers alleged that when he confronted Richards about the phone, she "hit and scratched him," further claiming he believed the phone contained evidence of her alleged affair.
PHYPERS' 'REGULAR ABUSE'
In her initial request for a restraining order, which was granted, Richards claimed, "Throughout our relationship, Phypers would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom rack, threaten to kill me."
"Aaron regularly threatened to 'break my jaw' and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help - none of which ever happened," the actress added.
"Aaron has caused me at least three concussions. Aaron has told me that he has left recording devices to record me while I was alone in hotel rooms and at my townhouses."
She also alleged that during their fight over the Fourth of July weekend, for two hours Phypers repeatedly "got within two inches of my face and screamed at me degrading profanities, including calling me a c**t, whore, and a piece of s**t."
The Wild Things star told the court that, despite being afraid her husband may kill her, she did not report the incidents to police because Phypers would allegedly threaten to "kill himself" if she did.
She also claimed that in one particularly violent incident in 2022, he used the heel of his palm to strike her in her left eye, causing massive swelling and bruising.
As part of her getting her temporary restraining order granted, Phypers was ordered to stay 100 yards from Richards' home, place of work, and vehicle.
The pair is due in court on August 8 for the restraining order matter.
A source previously told The U.S. Sun that Richards felt blindsided by Phypers' divorce filing and his support request.
Phypers requested spousal support to continue with their lavish lifestyle, which cost over $105,000 a month, according to court papers.
"Denise thinks it's egregious he is seeking spousal support from her after she has been financially supporting him all these years," the source said at the time.
'ABUSE' CAUGHT ON CAMERA
Shortly after Richards filed for divorce, fans of RHOBH resurfaced a clip in which Phypers was caught making a disturbing comment to Richards.
After a fight at a party, the couple left hand-in-hand as the cameras followed them and Richards tried to calm Phypers down.
But he appeared to snap, threatening her.
"Don't tell me what to say. I'm going to crush your f**king hand," Aaron told her.
Richards stayed quiet for the rest of the scene.
