Kyle Stillie rocked the St. David crew on Below Deck when he claimed had a sexual encounter with a married charter guest in Season 12, Episode 10, and then told the yacht crew about it. Kyle then came face to face with Captain Kerry Titheradge during Season 12, Episode 11, where he shared his side of the story and denied that he had actually hooked up with her.
Kerry was disappointed with Kyle and considered firing him. However, he ultimately decided to let him continue working on St. David. This was after Kerry had talked with the rest of the crew members, and concluded that the deckhand had made up the allegations.
In a confessional, Kerry expressed his frustration, declaring, "Are you f—ing kidding me? Why would you make up a story like that?"
Why did Captain Kerry Titheradge choose not to fire Kyle Stillie?
Kerry chose not to fire Kyle after concluding his investigation, and Kyle had sworn to him that he did not hook up with the charter guest. "I can't fire the guy on a hunch," Kerry explained during a confessional. "He can be reprimanded, but at the end of the day, everyone says to me they don't believe it, they didn't see anything. And I can't prove it. What can I do?"
"With the evidence I have, I want you to stay," he told Kyle during a conversation. "But pull your head in [and] get the job done. I don't want you to get that close to guests anymore."
Did Kyle Stillie hook up with married charter guest Helen?
Kyle appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Aug. 11, where he once again confirmed that he did not hook up with the co-primary charter guest, Helen, during Below Deck Season 12, Episode 10. "No, definitely not, no," he told host Andy Cohen.
"I'll be honest with you, Andy, there was a point in time where I was in that sea where I thought potentially something may have happened," he explained. "But nothing did happen."

This comes on the heels of what Kyle told Kerry during their conversation. "I definitely didn't do it, no," he said. "100 percent, dead straight in the eye, I did not do it, Cap."
What happened between Kyle Stillie and the charter guest?
Although they did not hook up, they did get close to one another during Season 12, Episode 10. Kyle and Helen ended up in the sea together, where (as she requested) he held her in the water in front of her husband. "This is better than a pool float," Helen said.

"Anything for the tip, you know?" Kyle explained during a confessional. "She can use me all she wants."
As for why he claimed he had sex with Helen when he did not, Kyle admitted to Andy on WWHL, “I don’t know. It’s not my most proud moment. I can’t give you an answer on why I said it.”
