The drama between Shannon Beador and Alexis Bellino has escalated further as Shannon disclosed new details surrounding Jim Bellino's defamation lawsuit in 2018. According to Shannon, Alexis inserted herself into the case by sending a cease-and-desist letter on Jim’s behalf, allegedly demanding $1 million in damages.
Shannon claimed that Alexis sent a text message on behalf of Jim, threatening legal action with the phrase “we will take legal steps against you.” However, when Alexis asked Shannon to produce the alleged cease-and-desist letter, Shannon instead pointed to the text message Alexis had sent.
This accusation left Alexis infuriated. “This is why it’s another lie,” Alexis retorted, asserting that she had no involvement in any official legal documentation. “There was no cease-and-desist order from me. I didn’t sign any part of the legal proceedings in this case.”
Emily Simpson, a castmate and attorney, clarified Alexis’s role in the matter. She explained that although Alexis didn’t sign the cease-and-desist letter, her name was included as a "concerned party" due to her relationship with Jim. This clarification only added to Alexis’s frustration.
“Because I’m his ex-wife, he should know this as an attorney!” Alexis exclaimed, vehemently denying any official involvement in the lawsuit.
Alexis eventually provided her side of the story regarding the text message in question. She revealed that Jim had called her at the time and asked her to send a message to both Shannon and Tamra Judge.
“Jim called me and said, ‘Alexis, Shannon is saying I allowed people to break their necks at my trampoline park. This is hurting my kids, and it’s hurting our children.’ He asked me, ‘Will you send this message to Shannon and Tamra?’ I sent it to protect everyone, telling them to back off, tell the truth, and retract what they said,” Alexis explained.
Despite Alexis’s explanation, Shannon stood her ground, insisting she never said the things Jim accused her of. “I didn’t do anything wrong. I won,” Shannon declared confidently.
While Shannon won the case, Alexis maintained that she was not involved in the lawsuit beyond sending the text on Jim’s behalf. “Whether I sent that text or not, Jim was going to sue you anyway,” Alexis told Shannon.
