Madison LeCroy's baby girl is home from the hospital.

On Sunday, July 13, the Southern Charm star, 34, shared adorable snaps of her newborn daughter Teddi, her husband Brett Randle and her son Hudson, 12, finally enjoying some time together at home. The reality TV star showed her family of four cuddling with baby Teddi, following her two-week stay in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

"We’re finally home… all together. 🤍 After 2 weeks of back and forth to the NICU, today we brought our sweet Teddi girl home and I truly don’t have the words (but I’ll try)," she wrote. "Watching Hudson hold his baby sister, seeing Brett step into this role with so much love, and just standing in my doorway with my arms full and my heart even fuller… this is it."

"This is the life I’ve prayed for, dreamed of, and now finally get to live," she continued. "She’s home, we’re whole, and I’ve never felt more at peace. 🥹✨."

LeCroy welcomed her second baby, her first with her husband, on Saturday, June 29, announcing the exciting news during an Amazon Live. The couple's newest addition joins big brother Hudson, whom LeCroy shares with ex-husband Josh Hughes. The newly minted mom of two welcomed her baby girl, surrounded by her son and her husband.

In the livestream, LeCroy took viewers from the moment her water broke through to when her baby girl entered the world. At the end of the video, she shared the first photos of her now-family of four enjoying the new addition.

LeCroy first announced she was pregnant and expecting her second baby in February 2025, a rep for the couple confirmed exclusively with PEOPLE at the time. The reality TV star, who partnered with Clearblue to share the happy news, told PEOPLE she was "shocked" to learn about her pregnancy.

"Honestly, when Brett and I were making this plan of growing our family, I was like, 'Okay, we've got to make this as easy as possible,'" she shared. "So, I actually started using the Clearblue ovulation test, and I got a smiley face. Once we got the smiley face, we were like, 'Okay, it's go time,' and it instantly happened."

"I was shocked, I thought I had all summer long, but it happened and I felt actually pretty great other than some minor headaches," LeCroy continued. "But other than that, just eating all the food and enjoying myself."

Three weeks after revealing that she was expecting her second baby, LeCroy spoke with Parents about her second pregnancy, her reaction to finding out the sex of the baby and more.

LeCroy revealed that she and her husband were expecting a baby girl publicly on Amazon Live Baby Gender Reveal on Thursday, Feb. 27.

"I felt there's no way I am going to get a girl. It's not going to be a perfect situation where I have the boy and the girl, but it worked out in my favor, and I'm so excited,” she told the outlet. “I have a feeling I'm going to have to work a lot harder and make more money because the clothes are just adorable!”
