How to Watch
Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Bravo Thursday, July 11 at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.
After selling her iconic former house for $55 million in 2022, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, temporarily moved into a four-bedroom rental house, purchased a Los Angeles penthouse, and then bought a Beverly Hills "dream house" in 2023. While Heather has shared details on her newest home, she hasn't given a full look inside — until now.
The Season 18 premiere of RHOC gave viewers a detailed look at the 8.3-acre property as Heather and Terry met with a team to figure out their renovation plans and budget.
"That cracks me up," Heather said as she pointed to a refrigerator with a taped "X" on the door that had "do not open" written on it. She added, "I can't believe we're living like this."
In an interview during the July 11 episode, Heather shared new details on the house.
"I'm always looking for a new project," she said. "After we sold our Crystal Cove house, we bought this house in Beverly Hills. They really wanted in the low 40s and we got it for $16 million."

Although Heather and Terry had purchased their gorgeous Los Angeles penthouse shortly before buying this home, Heather explained, "That's only two bedrooms. We need a family home. Enter Beverly Hills."
How much will Heather Dubrow's home renovations cost?
While Heather and Terry bought the Beverly Hills house for far under the asking price, their all-in cost was significantly raised due to the renovation.
"This house, we're going to take down to the studs," Heather shared. "But in the meantime, I threw some staged furniture in there, and we moved in."
As they plotted out their renovation plans, it was estimated that the couple will spend "two to three million" for landscaping, "just over two million" on the guest house, and a million dollars on the movie theater, among other changes that brought the running total to $32 million.
While moving between their various properties, Heather and Terry don't exactly feel settled in any one of them.
"Can you believe how many places we're living in?" Heather asked her husband, to which he responded, "I thought when we sold that house, we would be in a more relaxed situation. Now it's just elevated."
As it turns out, the couple has yet another place to call a part-time home.
"We took a place at the Balboa Bay Club for the next several months," Heather explained to Terry's mom during the episode.
