RHOA’s Kelli Ferrell Hints at What Led to Brit Eady Fallout, Where She Stands With Porsha, and Shades Drew, Plus Teases Phaedra vs Angela Drama & Who Will Have the Most to Answer to at Reunion, & Live Viewing Thread

RHOA Star Kelli Ferrell Talks Her Fallout with Brittany Eady, Where She Stands with Porsha Williams, and What Fans Can Expect from the Rest of the SeasonSeason 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has several new ladies on the cast. So far, one of the standouts is none other than Kelli Ferrell. Recently, the RHOA newbie and chef opened up about her first season on the show, where she stands with Britt Eady, and what she thinks of the rest of the ladies on the show.

Despite being brand new to reality television, Kelli has already begun to make a mark on the show. Not only has she been forthcoming about her rocky marriage and divorce, but she made waves by asking Porsha Williams the question fans have wanted answers to for years now—“Why did you steal that woman’s husband?”

Kelli recently sat down for a fun and shady interview with Page Six, during which she discussed all things RHOA. In this interview, the two hosts had Kelli select pastries that corresponded with specific questions. The first question essentially asked which of her co-stars was the biggest liar. Naturally, they framed it in a less severe way.

When responding, Kelli said, “I would give that to maybe Drew.” The host then chimed in and remarked on how several of the RHOA cast members have flat-out called Drew Sidora a liar. Kelli continued, “I don’t know if she’s a liar, but she’s definitely a great chef. For context, they originally framed the question to ask which of the ladies adds too much ‘seasoning’ when telling stories. The hosts then clarified, asking, “With her words?” and Kelli said, “Yes.”

They continued this line of not-so-subliminal questioning and asked if Drew was a better singer or chef, to which Kelli said, “She’s definitely a better singer.”

From there, Brit then picked another pastry, and this question centered around Brittany. As fans know, they came into the season as friends, and they still are in the current episodes. However, there was a shift at some point, and they’re now no longer on good terms.

When asked what went wrong, the Nana’s Chicken and Waffles owner said, “I think the friendship was just as fake as the pastry. You wanna put it back?” They then asked her when she realized the friendship was fake. Kelli responded, “When I say fake, it’s not in regard to our real relationship. I think, you know, loyalty lies in certain places, and I think sometimes you don’t always get that in friendships, unfortunately.”

She added, “You know, you find out who’s really for you, who really supports you, and who doesn’t.” The hosts then mentioned Porsha and Brittany’s current support for each other, and Kelli said, “You know, they’re about as fake as that pastry.”

The conversation then circles back to the current allyship between Porsha and Brittany. Specifically, the hosts asked Kelli why she thinks Porsha switched from being team Kenya Moore to being team Brit. She responded, “Well, I don’t know and I’m a little concerned, but both of them have their… like you say, with every situation comes a reaction, right? Every cause you have a reaction, so I think they both had some faults in the situation. Some did a little bit more than you can probably come back from, unfortunately, I guess.”

Kelli continued, I’m definitely shocked to see P with B, but I don’t know. Maybe they found a real friendship within each other.  I think it’s just as fake as the pastries, but I get it. You gotta find a sisterhood somewhere.” One of the hosts went on to say that it seemed that Kelli believed it to be difficult for Brit to find “authentic friendships.”

She then said, “We she said it. She literally said like she’s not a girl’s girl. She didn’t really have a lot of girlfriends. So, I think it was probably really hard for her in regard to having a strong girl group, so I don’t know. Maybe she’s learning now, and I hope so. I hope that she’s learning to be a good friend.”

The conversation also touched on Porsha’s seemingly strained relationship with Shamea Morton. When asked if fans should be concerned about the long-time friends, the RHOA newbie said, “I would be concerned if that was my friend. They’ve been friends for so long. They were friends literally in middle school and high school, so I know that she’s probably definitely bothered by the situation, so again, that loyalty, I mean, it couldn’t be my friend.”

It’s also important to note that Shamea has been forthcoming about the issues she’s had with Brit. Notably, she has said that Brittany made disparaging remarks about her daughter. Next, the topic of Brittany and her husband comes up because many fans have noticed what appear to be red flags in their relationship. The hosts wanted to know if Kelli believed they would “go the distance.”

In response, Kelli took a long sip of her tea and said fans will have to “Watch what happens.” They then brought up Angela Oakley, having previously said that Phaedra Parks “came for her like a clout chaser’ near the end of the season. About that situation, she said, “Well, first of all, I don’t think Phaedra has to clout chase anyone. She is the southern belle, right? I’m definitely gonna go for team fun-sized always.”

She went on, “I don’t know. For some reason, I think some things were maybe misunderstood. I think it was a situation where things were not communicated properly, or it could have been miscommunication. I don’t know. It was some weirdness going on, and I hate that it kind of started with me, I guess.”

They then bring up the yet-to-be filmed reunion for RHOA, and the hosts ask which lady will have the most to answer to. According to Kelli, “Definitely Porsha. She’s gonna have a lot to answer to. I think Drew is probably gonna have a lot to answer to. I’m gonna give it to them for right now. Circle back to me toward the end of the season.”

Finally, they brought up Porsha previously saying she had receipts to expose at the reunion, and asked who Kelli thought they might be against. She responded, “She should. She should have receipts and visas and everything else she’s gonna need.” However, she said she did not know the targets of the receipts. Kelli continued, “At this point, I don’t know. I think she’s targeted after everybody at this point.”

Of course, Porsha has more recently said that a person who is currently on the show gave Kenya the information about Brittany, so this could be what she was previously alluding to.
