Quad Webb Tells All on Her Boyfriend King and Their Plans for Kids-quang

Quad Webb spoke in-depth about her boyfriend, King, and their relationship in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish.

Now that they've been officially introduced to Quad Webb's boyfriend, King, Married to Medicine fans (and Quad's fellow cast members!) can't help but wonder what's next for the couple.

The good news? We don't need to wonder — we have all the intel from the seasoning magnate herself. In a recent interview with The Daily Dish, Quad opened up about her relationship with King, as well as their plans for the future.

Who is Quad Webb's boyfriend, King?

We know that King is very good to his girlfriend (remember that Parisian-themed soirée he threw her during Season 11, Episode 2?). But what else is there to know about him?

"He's three years younger that I am, which is a perfect connection for me in so many ways," Quad explained during in her interview. He's also the owner of ATL Exotic & Luxury Cars, so he does a lot with placing cars in movies and videos. He does a lot with weddings and things of that nature, because everyone wants, like, a grand exit for their wedding, birthdays."

According to Quad, King is "very, very, very successful" when it comes to his career.

Quad also wanted to confirm that her relationship is completely real.

"I've been seeing [rumors] floating around on the internet. My man is my man and it is a real relationship, okay?" she said, laughing. "I think it's so crazy for people to say, 'Oh, well that's a rent-a-man,' and 'that's not her real man' and 'he's just for the show.' I'm like, 'That's ridiculous.' Interestingly enough, if I was just doing something for the show and I was renting a man, wouldn't I go for, like, a brain surgeon?"

When did Quad Webb start dating her boyfriend, King?

Although we know from Married to Medicine that the couple was together about a year prior to the party, Quad broke down the entire timeline in her chat with The Daily Dish.

"We were introduced by a mutual friend. Initially he'd ask me out to lunch and he'd ask me to dinner and I was just like ... I wasn't there yet, you know what I mean? I was still kind of doing what I needed to do in terms of my healing [and] restoring who I was as a woman, and so I really wasn't there yet," she said. "We then met again like May 15, 2023, and from that moment on we have never ever separated. We've never separated and I don't want to be without him. I don't."

Is Quad Webb engaged?

No, Quad isn't engaged. In fact, she's more concerned with looking at the bigger picture when it comes to her relationship.

"I haven't thought about what type of ring [I'd want]," she explained in her interview. "It's so different when you've been married before — it's kind of like those type of things are not so much in the forefront. It's more of what truly matters, and that's the partnership that you all share. I think that's what's very important for me."

Are Quad Webb and her boyfriend living together?

No, Quad and King don't live together at the moment.

"It's so funny, because our houses are really close to each other, so we kind of just land where we land," she explained. "Sometimes he's here, sometimes I'm there, it's very seamless relationship. There's no pressure at all and I really like that. It's easy."

Is Quad Webb ready to have kids with her boyfriend King?

According to Quad, becoming parents has absolutely been on the couple's mind — they even had an IVF consultation.

"I had some fibroids removed back in April [and my] cervix looks great, so what I would like to do is just see if we can do this naturally for a portion of time," she explained. "But I'm thinking maybe around the top of the year, if it hadn't happened at that point, then we're gonna move forward with IVF."

During Season 11, Episode 3 of Married to Medicine, she and King chatted about a future family after a producer asked them if they're ready to have a baby.

"I don't think there will be a better person more suited for me, especially to raise a child with, than you," Quad said, looking at her man. "Little baby going to be out here. Cute. Fine. Like, do you see all of this chocolate? Baby, Hershey's ain't got nothing on us."

Later in the episode, she revealed that she'd like to have twins. "You want to go from 0 to 100 real quick," King joked.

How old is Quad from Married to Medicine?

Quad was born May 13, 1980, which means she turned 44 in 2024. (And if King is three years younger, that puts him at a smooth 41.)
