Lenny Hochstein posted a shirtless photo of himself on Instagram on Friday, prompting a “like” from his former fiancée, Katharina Nahlik.
Just three weeks after the 58-year-old Real Housewives of Miami alum and the 29-year-old Austrian model confirmed that they had called off their engagement after just over a year, the plastic surgeon shared a thirst trap as he claimed to be focused on his fitness post-split.
“Making progress but want to take the next step. Can anyone recommend a personal trainer in Miami?” Lenny asked in the caption of the September 27 post, which saw him in a backward red hat and Calvin Klein boxer briefs.
After sharing the photo, Lenny received a “like” from Katharina and comments from his fans and followers.
“You should ask your [ex-wife Lisa Hochstein] who is f*cking STUNNING,” one person suggested.
“Think I’m going to pass on that but thanks for the dumb advice,” Lenny clapped back.
Another person called him out for seemingly sharing the image for attention.
“You don’t need one … You know what you’re doing. Enjoy single life Lenny you deserve to be happy. If you enjoy morning runs Brickell Key Biscayne is amazing,” the person stated.
But Lenny denied he was searching for attention.
“Trust me. I’m not hurting for a date. I seriously want to get in better shape,” he insisted.
Also in the comments, after someone suggested he “just do the fake abs surgery,” Lenny confirmed he would not. And in response to another IG user who mentioned steroids, he said he was “absolutely not going to take steroids.”
Days before Lenny’s shirtless pic was shared, he turned up in the comments section of a post shared by Katharina.
After his ex-fiancée shared an image of herself looking pretty in pink as she promoted her return to OnlyFans, Lenny described her as “the most beautiful woman on the planet.”
Following their breakup in August, Lenny and Katharina spoke fondly of their time together in separate statements to Page Six.
As Lenny explained, he wished Katharina “nothing but the best” and had “nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family.”
“While we both cherished our time together, we have decided to move forward independently,” added Katharina. “I have nothing but gratitude in my heart for the beautiful two years we spent together.”
The Real Housewives of Miami season seven is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime next year.
