Emma told as at an exclusive Boots party at the recently opened Glide Ice Rink at Battersea Power Station that she was ready to take the plunge into the dating world again.

The TV star said she had not been on a date since the experiment ended, despite filming wrapping months ago.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Emma said: "It's been wild since I've left the show, but I'm loving every minute of it.

"There was lots of tears, drama and a drink was thrown - which hasn't happened since the first series.

"It was wild, it had been a while since the experiment and a while since I had seen Caspar and I was nervous going in but we're alright."

She then revealed that the pair have shared phone calls following their exit - but said it was purely platonic.

"We're on good terms, at the reunion, we hadn't seen each other, but we had spoken on the phone a couple of times, just to check in and make sure we're all alright," she said.

"Hopefully it was a good ending."

Emma said she is keen to dip her toes back into the dating pool - and said she'll be jumping on dating apps in a bid to meet her dream man.

The TV favourite told us:: "If I could turn the clocks back, I would do it again 100 per cent, no matter who I was paired with.

"I would 100 per cent do it again with Caspar, even though it was challenging, we learnt loads.

"I wouldn't do it again now, rock up in a wedding dress in 2025.

"I wouldn't go back next year. The next person I want to marry will be the love of my life.

"I am ready to date, any fit lads...

"I am 100 per cent ready to date, I haven't dated since the show mainly because the show was coming out and I was too nervous about it and we had to keep it a secret that we were on it.

"I haven't dated yet but I'm excited to.

"I'd go back on dating apps, that's what I did before, you don't meet people organically, it's hard to anyway."

Emma, who became known as "mummy Barnes", said she was the mediator amongst a group of "fiery" characters.

"I'm like the mum of the group, it's so good to be there for everyone and be a level-head," she said.

"There are so many huge personalities and fiery personalities. There is a lot of neurodivergence across the cast as well.

"That just naturally makes people more reactive, I'm not really like that, it's in one ear and out the other."

But Emma said she was well prepared for the reunion show, along with her co-stars who were checked on regularly by welfare.

"We get a daily call from welfare to tell us what's happening each night - if it's especially challenging for you, you'll get read the script so you know what's coming, I had that a few times at tough commitment ceremony," she shared.

Elsewhere, Emma admitted she was gutted that Sacha and Ross' failed to make their marriage work on the outside - despite making it to final vows.

She said: "A lot of Sacha and Ross we didn't see behind closed doors, they're both very private people and they kept their relationship private. It was a shock, I'd left before they'd start having arguments.

"We saw on girls and boys days last week, I'd seen them so happy throughout it - it's very sad."

Emma said she was also left open-mouthed at Amy's savage funeral vow renewal.
