Congratulations are in order for Alexia Umansky and Jake Zingerman.
The 28-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards shared the news of her engagement to her boyfriend of five years on her Instagram Stories, reposting a series of celebratory posts from friends in the early hours of Friday, Nov. 8.
In the first post, she and Zingerman kissed as they held bottles of Veuve Clicquot champagne, while in a second — shared by Alexia’s colleague Madison Buffardi at The Agency, her father Mauricio Umansky’s real estate firm — the couple popped the bottles and Alexia flashed her sparkling diamond ring.
“@alexiaumansky 💍💕@jakezingerman,” read one caption, while another was simply captioned, “FOREVER.”
Further social media posts also showed a house full of candles and flowers, along with a dog and cat wearing bow ties.
Alexia's parents — who also share daughters Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16, as well as Farrah, 36, from Richards' relationship with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie — did not appear to be in attendance and have not yet posted about the news.

The newly engaged duo moved in together in February.
In March, Alexia told Entertainment Tonight of her romance with Zingerman, "I have no regrets and my relationship is amazing, and, you know, whatever happens in the future is what happens. Everything that we're going through is human, and, obviously, I hope for the best."
Months later, in a June 4 Amazon Live stream, Richards, 55, hinted that an engagement for her second eldest daughter could be on the cards soon.
“She’s not [getting engaged] yet but I do think that’s going to happen. I really do,” Richards said. “They’ve been dating for four years, almost five years now. They are a very, very, very cute couple and they’re great together. And we just love him so much,” she added of Zingerman.

According to Bravo TV, Alexia revealed that she and Zingerman have known each other since elementary school while answering fan questions during a Q&A on her Instagram Stories back in July.
“We‘ve gone to school together since Elementary School through college,” the Buying Beverly Hills star wrote, per the outlet. “We were best friends the whole time. We got especially close in 10th grade when we turned 16, got cars, and were able to drive around town. Every day was a fun adventure.”
“I used to make him sleep in his car outside my house because boys weren’t allowed to sleep over,” she added alongside a series of crying with laughter emojis. “And we hung out every day from morning till night.”

This year also saw the pair take another big step in their relationship, with the duo moving in together in January, according to Bravo TV.
The couple's happy news comes months after Alexia’s eldest sister Farrah Brittany confirmed that she had called off her engagement to her fiancé Alex Manos.
Alexia’s parents’ also announced their separation in July 2023. Fans can expected to get a further glimpse into the estranged couple’s dynamics during the upcoming 14th season of RHOBH.
