Kim Zolciak Tries to Sell Kroy Biermann’s Designer Shoes as Their $3.2 Mil Mansion Falls Victim to Fake Real Estate Listing Amid Pre-Foreclosure

RHOA's Kim Zolciak Attempts to Sell Kroy’s Designer Shoes as Foreclosure Looms and a Fake Listing for $3.2 Million Georgia Home is PostedKim Zolciak is back to selling designer duds in an effort to make some money amid the financial turmoil she and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann are facing.

With their Georgia mansion set to be foreclosed upon for the second time this year, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, who also appeared for eight seasons on Don’t Be Tardy, has listed a couple of pairs of Kroy’s shoes for sale as the two of them are faced with a reportedly fake real estate listing for their $3.2 million home.

According to a TMZ report on October 3, an apparent listing for the mansion was posted last Wednesday on sites like Trulia and Zillow, claiming the property is on the market for $3.2 million — just over its estimated value of $2.9 million.

As RHOA fans have likely heard, Kroy requested a judge allow him to sell the home back in August, stating that proceeds from the potential sale would allow him and Kim to pay off a substantial amount of their debt — and to afford separate homes of their own, which will provide their four minor children, Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, with a less toxic environment to grow up in.

But while reports last week claimed a judge ruled in Kroy’s favor, and approved the sale of the home, TMZ clarified that the judge has actually not yet made a decision.

Kim and Kroy’s home, which he claims they still have equity in, boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and 9,500 square feet, including space for a wine cellar, a pool, an elevator, and a six-car garage.

As the home nears its auction date of November 7, Kim has taken to her Instagram Story in an effort to unload some of her and Kroy’s designer items.

On Tuesday, after sharing listings for a pair of $600 black Balmain heels and $1,250 Gucci boots, Kim posted a video of two pairs of Kroy’s sneakers, one from Dior and another designed by Christian Louboutin — each with a price of $600.

“These are Kroy’s Dior shoes. These are so cute. They were worn one time, excellent condition, perfect condition I should say. So cute!” Kim stated.

She then added, with a clip of the Christian Louboutins, “Worn one time guys, excellent condition. Louboutin.”

Prior to listing her and Kroy’s shoes for sale, Kim attempted to sell her wigs, as well as purses owned by her and her daughter, 26-year-old Brielle Biermann.

According to Kroy, Kim has left their family “financially devastated.”
