Josh Allen's feelings about Tom Brady made clear after being subject to offensive comment

The Buffalo Bills' Josh Allen isn't losing sleep over Tom Brady's controversial choice of words during a recent NFL commentary.

Despite causing a stir with his remarks about the Bills ace, it seems Allen is taking it on the chin, understanding that the legendary quarterback didn't intend any disrespect. Commenting on his side's impressive win against the Seattle Seahawks, Brady praised Allen's improved decision-making but slipped up by using an ableist term on air to describe Allen's early NFL days, saying: "Sometimes he plays like a spaz like a grade-schooler on a sugar high."

The phrase caused quite the reaction among NFL watchers, with subsequent reports suggesting Brady didn't grasp the potential offense caused by his language. However, the Daily Mail has reported that Allen wasn't irked by Brady's comment on TV.

A source close to Allen disclosed: "Josh knows about the comment and is not bothered by it at all. He's good with Tom and they are not in a negative place with each other.

"Josh would shake Tom's hand right now if they were in the same room. It is all good."

The camaraderie between Allen and Brady is well-known, with the two having faced each other on numerous occasions times and even teeing off together in a charity golf event with Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes, reports the Mirror.
