He's lived his life out on reality TV for over a decade, with cameras capturing a slew of moments that have left audience members cringing.
And Jax Taylor was caught in the middle of another embarrassing moment in public on Thursday.
The Bravo star, 45, was spotted with his hand down his pants while stepping out in Los Angeles.
Jax did not appear to be wearing any underwear as he placed a hand beneath the waistband of his sweatpants.
A rather vacant expression on his face, the star stepped out in a black hat, New York City hoodie and sneakers in addition to his Nike sweatpants.
The latest outing comes after the latest episode of Jax's reality show The Valley dropped.
**Once again, Jax Taylor proves that scandal never goes out of style, as his name makes headlines yet again — this time for an act described as “disgusting” and “inappropriate” in a public setting. According to multiple sources, the former Vanderpump Rules star has been slapped with a $30,000 fine after being caught red-handed engaging in an offensive act in a crowded public space. The incident immediately ignited a storm of backlash on social media, where fans (and plenty of critics) pointed out that Jax seems to be getting more and more “creative” in how he publicly dismantles his own image.
With a history already packed with controversies — from messy relationship drama to reckless comments — Jax is no longer just a reality TV personality; he’s quickly becoming the poster child for the saying: “When fame runs out, infamy takes over.” This latest episode hasn’t just cost him money — it’s cost him what little credibility he had left.

Jax and his ex Brittany Cartwright got into an explosive fight on Tuesday's episode of Bravo's Vanderpump Rules spinoff, The Valley, ahead of his 30-day rehab stint.
The reality star, 36, and bar owner began arguing after he allegedly had another woman over the night before at their shared residence.
As Taylor packed up his belongings for treatment, Cartwright warned her ex not to kiss their four-year-old son Cruz on his face because he 'had a disgusting girl here last night.'
'I don't know if you took a shower,' she said.
The off-handed remark infuriated Taylor, who ended up flipping a table during their blowup as she marveled at how he has become someone she doesn't recognize.
'If you were that miserable, you could’ve left years ago. I’ll never forgive you for this. Never,' Taylor shot back.
Taylor, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder last year, proceeded to remind Cartwright that he begged her to 'check on' him to 'see how' he was doing.
'You scared me and you hurt me,' Cartwright fired back. 'You need to go get help for yourself and for our son. He can not grow up and become a person like you.'
In a confessional, Taylor insisted that his rehab stay was motivated by fear that Cartwright would take Cruz 'away' from him.
'If I have to do this so she won't do that, then I'm gonna do it,' he said.

During the episode, Cartwright cautioned him that if he did not 'stay the full 30 days' she would be filing for 'full custody' and a 'restraining order' immediately.
'You're going to lose your job. You're crazy. You're actually crazy. I don't need you out in town getting drunk, doing drugs, walking around with little sluts,' she told him.
Cartwright went on to call out her ex's addiction issues on camera for the first time.
'You have an addiction and you need to be honest with the doctor,' she said. 'Jax, you have the coke problem. Everybody knows it. Own up to it. Be real with the doctor.'

Despite their issues, Cartwright explained during her own confessional that she was just trying to help Taylor, who she said was 'spiraling out of control.'
'He's gotten worse. I don't know if he's at rock bottom yet, but he is really close,' she said. 'Cruz deserves more. I deserve more. And I just can't take it anymore. I've tried too hard.'
After the episode aired, fans praised Cartwright for taking her 'power back.'
'She snatched her power with that scene right there good for her,' one wrote.
Another said: 'This was the moment Brittany took her power back.'

She cited their date of separation as January 24.
