Gina Kirschenheiter Reveals the Exact (5-Figure!) Amount She Lost When Jennifer's "Deal Fell Apart"

Jennifer Pedranti and her kids weren't the only ones affected when they were evicted from their home on the Season 18 premiere of The Real Housewives of Orange County — so was Gina Kirschenheiter, as she had used her status as a newly-minted real estate agent to help Jennifer land the rental property in the first place.

As Gina explained on Episode 2, which aired July 18, "I'm actually a little bit irritated right now ... I put Jen in the house that she's in. I helped her get that lease."

Jennifer, however, was ultimately evicted because she and her ex-husband, Will, were unable to afford their rent.

Now, "That's having an impact on me," Gina explained to her BFF Emily Simpson. "I had a deal lined up and I had to get a cash buyer, and I had to get a cash buyer quickly, and I knew that this agent would likely be able to bring that to me, and I couldn't even get her to text me back."

As a result, she lost a significant amount of money. How much? "That cost me $50,000 when that deal fell apart," Gina revealed.

Here's What You May Have Missed on Bravo:

"I'm new to real estate and I'm trying to build up my book of business," Gina pointed out. "This is the livelihood of myself and my children. This is the roof over my head."

"I understand and am sympathetic to what Jen is going through," she added in a confessional interview, "but it's one thing to burn me as a friend. You take food off my kids' plate, and it's a problem."

Jennifer Pedranti's Reaction to Gina Kirschenheiter's Anger Over Her Eviction

Jennifer, meanwhile, was upset that Gina was publicly discussing what had gone down. Speaking to Shannon Storms Beador and Katie Ginella, she said, "As my friend I get we are all in the same circle and you're talking, but as the agent who helped me get in the house, why are you running around talking about sh-t that's going on?"

Katie later relayed this remark to Gina, who retorted, "It put me in a really bad circumstance because I was representing her as a realtor. I brokered the deal. I dropped everything to get her in that home. And if her concern right now is the fact that I'm telling people, that's ridiculous. Her concern should be how she's gonna pay her f-cking rent."
