Scheana Shay might have been a decent SURver, but she was an even better actress!
The VPR alum chatted with Ryan Bailey on a recent episode of Scheananigans — Scheana’s weekly lifestyle podcast.
The duo relieved moments from Ryan’s time working at an acting studio for over a decade in Los Angeles.
As they say, Hollywood is very small. Many of the Vanderpump Rules stars attended the acting courses, which means we now can enjoy the tea years later!
Scheana asked if he remembered any of the feedback from the folks who would later go on to star in the hit reality show of our generation.

“There was detailed notes on everybody,” Ryan recalled.
Ryan noted that the women of VPR (Scheana and Ariana Madix) always ranked rather high in acting feedback.
The guys? Not so much.
“There was one where it said ‘thinks he’s funny, not as funny as he thinks he is.’”
Some of Scheana’s notes included “she knew what she was doing” and “booked a few commercials.”
SchShu went on to build a decent acting resume, starring in shows like Greek, Lopez Vs. Lopez, 90210, and Mouthpiece.
In addition to playing the iconic “Scheana Shay” for the past 12 years on Bravo.
