DAN Edgar has sparked rumours that he is back together with his Towie star girlfriend Ella Rae Wise while making his Dancing On Ice debut.
The Essex lad, 34, took to the ice for the first time on Sunday night and fans were shocked to see Ella supporting him in the audience.
Ella's on-off fling with Dan was even brought up by DOI host Stephen Mulhern.
But she remained tight-lipped about their relationship status, only saying one word to Stephen.
The host jokingly asked Ella if she would go on a date with him if she is currently single, to which she replied: "No."
Later in Sunday night's episode of Dancing On Ice, Ella was replaced in the front row of the audience by Dan's nan Rose.
But her fleeting appearance was enough to have already set tongues wagging that they might have rekindled their romance.
Ella has also sent the rumour mill spinning by sharing a picture taken from the Dancing On Ice studio, along with a 'vote for Dan' message.
She said on Instagram: "@danedgar we are all here ready for you."
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan said: "I hope him and Ella are back together they are my faves on #towie."
Another added: "Can see the Ella and some of the Towie cast supporting Dan on #dancingonice!"
The sighting of Ella, who was sat next to her Towie co-stars James 'Diags' Bennewith and Tom Pearce, comes days after Dan shared his concerns about a lack of Dancing On Ice support.
The budding skater said he feared the female stars of the ITVBe show wouldn't be backing him after his tumultuous year with women.
Dan found himself at the centre of drama on Towie due to his doomed romance with Amber Turner and subsequent dalliance with Ella.
He told The Sun: "Joey Essex is a very good friend of mine who has previously done the show and he’s given me a bit of advice.
"Hopefully he will be able to come down and support me, I know Diags and Lockie will be there for sure.
"I don’t know about the Towie girls, as I think I may have burnt my bridges with them."
In November, Dan and Ella were shown having a blazing row in an episode of The Only Way Is Essex.
Ella was left in tears following the dispute, which was sparked when she blocked him on social media.
The Sun, however, revealed the couple had secretly split off-screen and that Ella had already moved on with someone else.
Ella was said to have grown close to north London lad and wealthy business owner Teddy Brunt, 21.
A source told us: “She might be dating Dan on-screen but off-screen Ella has moved and she’s secretly dating a very rich 21-year-old called Teddy Brunt.
"She has been in Dubai with him - she’s staying in his apartment out there.
"He is only 21 but runs his own business and is well known in the Essex circles - and his dad’s a millionaire.”
By the time the Towie Christmas special aired, fans had seen Dan and Ella split again on-screen.
They then reunited in the festive episode - despite Ella's secret new romance with Teddy away from the cameras.
