Colin MacRae has been very busy since leaving Below Deck Sailing Yacht, but he is still finding the time to reunite with some BDSY alums. While Colin has kept in touch with his former cast members, like Captain Glenn Shephard, he will be partying it up with some other familiar faces from the BDSY family in the very near future.
How to Watch
Watch Below Deck Sailing Yacht on Bravo on Monday, October 7 at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.
Colin took to Instagram over the weekend, where he announced that he would be hosting a special holiday party in Los Angeles with BDSY Season 3 Chef Marcos Spaziani and Season 4 Chef Ileisha Dell. "We have exciting news!" he declared in the caption of the post. "All 3 of us will be in Los Angeles at the same time, so [we] have been invited to host a big party at [Apartment 503] on Friday, December 20."
Colin continued, "There will be plenty of opportunities to hang out and grab photos together, the more the merrier!"
Tickets for the event, held at Apt 503 in Los Angeles, are on sale now. A general admission ticket allows attendees to "party with the stars and kick off the holiday season in style." Who wouldn't want to do that with the former BDSY engineer and chefs?
It's safe to say that some people — including current and past BDSY cast members — are excited about this upcoming reunion. "Wish I could be there," Glenn wrote in the comments of the post. "[Marcos Spaziani] please give Ileisha a big hug from me. You guys have a great time."
"Next time cap!" Colin wrote in reply to Glenn.
"Sounds like a party I shouldn't miss," BDSY Season 4 deckhand Alex Proposon commented, alongside a flame emoji.
Captain Glenn Shephard says he would work with Colin MacRae again
Although Captain Glenn will be missing this chance to party with these yachties, the captain did have a reunion with Colin earlier this year. The boss and his former engineer met up at the 2024 International Cruiser Awards in October, where Colin won "best Instagram account of the year."

And during a Nov. appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Glenn revealed that he "would love" to work with Colin in the future. "I think there's a chance...for sure," he confirmed.
He also revealed the reason why Colin didn't appear as the engineer in BDSY. "I think that one of the reasons he wasn't here for this season is he was in the middle of the Pacific sailing around on his boat," Glenn explained.
