The Valley's Next Big Move: Tom Schwartz's Surprising Potential Role Revealed!"

Tom Schwartz isn't ruling out any future appearances on The Valley after the Vanderpump Rules cast shakeup. In November 2024, it was announced that VPR will return for Season 12 with a brand new cast of SURvers, leaving Tom to focus on his bright future ahead of him.

Tom appeared on the LadyGang podcast on Jan. 28, where he revealed that he would like to appear on The Valley in the future if the cast would have him. "Here's the thing. First of all, I love The Valley," he said. "And I'm friends with all of those people. Listen, if they want me, I would be happy to be a part of it."

He continued, noting that he is still friends with a lot of the cast members, like Jax Taylor. "I love that cast," he continued. "Those are my friends, so it's weird to call them a cast. I think The Valley is such a good show."

What's next for Tom Schwartz after Vanderpump Rules?

In the wake of the closing of his bar, Schwartz & Sandys, in December 2024, Tom Schwartz has quite a few plans for the future, after taking a "beat to recalibrate." Tom spoke with People in November where he revealed that he is working on launching a podcast this year, but also has some other, bigger goals. "I'm super excited about that," he said.

"I'd also like to get behind the camera and produce some shows," he added. "I just moved into a new townhome, and for the first time in a while, I feel at home — so cozy. We'll still be holding things down at TomTom. Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment, but I'd still like to open a little dive bar someday."

And, mark your calendars: Tom will also pop up during the upcoming Season 9 of Summer House.

Lisa Vanderpump reveals where she stands with Tom Schwartz

Although Schwartz & Sandy's has closed, Tom is still part-owner of TomTom, which he co-owns with SUR boss, Lisa Vanderpump, and his friend, Tom Sandoval.

During a conversation with Entertainment Tonight in December, Lisa stated that Schwartz and Sandoval only own "two and a half percent" of the bar. "I love them dearly, and especially Schwartz, I'm very close to, so yeah, I think there's still room to grow the TomTom brand and be smart about it," she said.

That same month, Lisa spoke with Access Hollywood's Housewives Nightcap, where she revealed that Tom Schwartz still "makes an effort" to keep in contact with her. "[Tom] Schwartz is wonderful," she said. "I don't really think [Tom] Schwartz changed since he first came on the show. I mean, that's both good and bad. I definitely have a good relationship with him."
