Katie Maloney spoke out against Tom Sandoval on Instagram on Wednesday after learning he was suing her Vanderpump Rules co-star and Something About Her business partner, Ariana Madix, for accessing his phone without his permission.

After news of the lawsuit hit the web on Tuesday, Katie, 37, reacted to a social media post in which his case was highlighted, telling her castmate he “f*cking [sucks]” as she confirmed that Sandoval, 42, had given Ariana, 39, his passcode before she discovered his affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, in the form of recorded FaceTime sessions.

“Authorized permission.. interesting choice of words pal. Anyways, you f*cking suck dude,” Katie wrote in a comment, as seen in a screenshot shared by Queens of Bravo on Instagram.

Then, when another Instagram user wondered if Sandoval had “authorized permission” to screen-record the videos of Raquel in the first place, Katie confirmed he did not.

“No he didn’t but he did share his phone’s [passcode] with his partner at the time,” she revealed. “Mans confused about how that bit works I guess.”

As Pump Rules fans may have heard, Sandoval’s attorney claimed he sued Ariana in a customary legal action that he hoped would prove who is truly responsible for the alleged distribution of the videos of Raquel, who is suing him in her own revenge porn lawsuit. Still, upon the sharing of the news, Sandoval deleted his Instagram account, likely to shield himself from the backlash he would receive from fans.

As Sandoval hides from criticism, his business partner, with whom he owns Schwartz & Sandy’s and TomTom, has apparently been dealt with his own backlash, which he seemed to attempt to temper earlier today.

“Seriously Schwartz, it is long past time to buck up and dump your buddy. Enough’s enough,” advised Instagram user Christina Cocca.

In a post shared Wednesday, Christina had captured Schwartz deleting a post he previously shared in honor of Sandoval.

“Wanna see a magic trick? Schwartz’s birthday post for Sandoval disappears!” she wrote in the caption of the post, which saw Schwartz writing, “Perhaps a little birthday love for [Tom Sandoval]? Whatever you can ration.”

Vanderpump Rules season 12 is currently on pause ahead of its 12th season.
