Gia Giudice got candid about the advice she received from her mom, Teresa Giudice, before the debut of her new podcast, “Casual Chaos.”
The 24-year-old exclusively told Page Six on the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet Monday night that the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star encouraged her to “stay true” to herself and “be the person [she] wants to be inside and out.”
“She gives me advice honestly in every waking moment, so she’s amazing,” Gia gushed.
Gia Giudice exclusively told Page Six the advice she received from her mom, Teresa Giudice, before launching her new podcast, “Casual Chaos.”
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star encouraged the 24-year-old to “stay true” to herself and “be the person [she] wants to be inside and out.”
Gia explained that she’s also looking forward to giving fans more insight into her life and “I-really-don’t-give-that-much-of-a-f–k energy” when the podcast launches March 24.
She described the show as “basically a deep dive on [her] casually chaotic life that just keeps getting busier and busier,” adding that she hopes listeners will “pick up an espresso martini” while enjoying the content.
“I’m excited to talk to them about life, health, wellness, relationships, and really just explore topics that we all know and love,” she said.
“She gives me advice honestly in every waking moment, so she’s amazing,” Gia told us at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday night.
Gia said her podcast will show her “I-really-don’t-give-that-much-of-a-f–k energy.”
Earlier on Monday, Gia announced her iHeartRadio podcast via Instagram with the cover artwork, which showed her posing in a brown jumpsuit and holding an espresso martini.
“Casual Chaos 3.24.25. Trailer out now,” she captioned the photo.
The minute-long trailer teased that the influencer’s forthcoming podcast will be “unfiltered,” “unedited” and “unapologetic.”
The influencer explained that it’s “basically a deep dive on [her] casually chaotic life that just keeps getting busier and busier.”
“I’m excited to talk to [fans] about life, health, wellness, relationships, and really just explore topics that we all know and love,” Gia added.
Gia hinted that she will dive into behind-the-scenes moments on the “RHONJ” set and “secrets that nobody dared to spill.”
“I’m bringing you behind the scenes like never before … and the truth behind the headlines, plus I got the receipts,” she said.
Gia has appeared on “Real Housewives” since Teresa, 52, made her debut on the Bravo reality series on Season 1 in 2009.
While it’s unclear what mayhem she may address, the podcast could potentially touch on the ongoing family drama with Melissa Gorga.
Gia announced the podcast via Instagram on Monday morning.
“Casual Chaos” will debut March 24.
Melissa is married to Teresa’s brother, Joe Gorga.
In May 2023, Gia claimed her aunt blocked her on social media.
The alleged move came months after Gia accused Melissa of spreading rumors about Teresa to make her mom “look bad.”
