Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson denied a report that Tom chose to represent himself in court after parting with his attorney. She also addressed his next steps amid Rachel Leviss’ lawsuit against her Vanderpump Rules ex.
According to reports, in 2023, Ariana Madix discovered an intimate video that Rachel sent Tom, who was Ariana’s boyfriend at the time. Rachel later filed a lawsuit against Ariana for allegedly showing the video to others. She also filed against Tom for allegedly recording the video without her permission.
In a social media comment, Victoria reacted to the recent report that Tom told a judge that he would represent himself.
“Fake news,” said Victoria, via @vanderpodrecaps on Instagram. “He’s not representing himself.”
According to the model, Tom is hiring a “different lawyer” who “specializes in these type[s] of cases.”

Back in October on his Everybody Loves Tom podcast, Tom addressed the Rachel lawsuit.
“I don’t know what her case is like, but it seems to be after money,” said Tom at the time. “Her team came to my team and basically offered to drop all the charges against me if I were to blame the way the affair was found out on NBCUniversal. So it was like, NBCUniversal’s fault that my phone fell out of [my pocket] and put me up to it? It’s all about the f*cking money.”
“She says, ‘Oh, I was manipulated.’ It’s like, ‘No, no, no, girl. Stella got her groove back, if ever. You strode into your self-confidence and pretty much did whatever,’” he added. “[She], at that point, was trying to hook up with every guy on the show.”
“With me, it was like, she even said in the last scene that we filmed together, ‘I saw that you and Ariana were not in a strong relationship so I went after you,’” said the star. “That’s what she said, that we were not happy in our relationship. She said that.”
He then discussed how the affair allegedly began.
“You’re the one that took your clothes off and jumped in the pool. I was going through a midlife crisis. I’m not saying I don’t take accountability … But you came onto me first … You pursued me,” he said toward Rachel. “You did that, and now you want money, and now you claim to be the biggest victim in all this sh*t.”
