Tom Sandoval Shocks With Offer to Buy Ariana Madix’s $2 Million Home for Just $600,000, While They Continue Living Together After Their Dramatic Breakup!

They continued living under the same roof after their messy split as they butted heads over the division of the $2M home they purchased together.

Now a deleted scene from Vanderpump Rules has given fans a glimpse into Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's conflict over their LA property.

In the scene, Sandoval, 41, revealed to producers he offered Madix, 38, a $600,000 cash buyout on the home.

Sandoval read to producers an email he sent to Madix two months prior, which stated: 'I will give you $600,000 cash. Based on the math, this is a buyout that is equivalent to us selling the property for $3.1 million, which is way above Zillow and Redfin value and definitely above market value.

'With refinancing this house and pulling her name off the loan, this goes from being a $10,000 a month payment to a $20,000+ a month dollar payment.'

Sandoval's assistant Ann Maddox was taken aback by his offer.

'And you can afford that?' she inquired.

'For six to eight months,' he replied. 'I got myself in this mess. I just wish we could go back.'

Ariana and Sandoval split due to his infidelity — a scandal appropriately dubbed Scandoval — but still lived in the house together as they had not resolved how to split the property.

The couple were together for nearly 10 years until Sandoval engaged in an affair with their friend and Vanderpump Rules castmate, Rachel Leviss.

Madix has since purchased a home in the Hollywood Hills for $1.6 million.

Previously, Madix sued her co-star and now-ex in early January over their $2 million Valley Village home, which they co-own.

Months after their separation, she filed a suit in the Los Angeles Superior Court for a 'partition by sale', according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com.

According to the documents, the former couple do not see eye-to-eye on how they are to split up the property.

They read that Ariana wants a 'partition by sale' which essentially means that she wants a judge to order them to sell the home in order to divide the proceeds.

What she is fighting against is a 'division in kind' which would allow each of them to retain their ownership interest in the property which could lead to one of them theoretically selling to a third party.

The pair had bought the home in the greater LA area for about $2million back in 2019.

In January, Sandoval called her 'petty' for turning down his seemingly fair offer on the property.

'Ariana is making it out to be that me wanting to keep the house is a psychopath move, but it's not,' the singer said on Nick Viall's The Viall Files podcast.

He explained: 'She's like, 'Oh, he gave me a s**t offer. I gave her an offer of $3.1 million. We bought our house for $2.05 [million]. … I gave her an offer to buy her out.'

Sandoval went on to claim that Madix, who had just begun her starring turn as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway at the time, 'hasn't paid a single bill for this house in eight months' and hasn't lived in their home for 'two or three months.'

'She's being petty and she doesn't want me to have the house,' he alleged. 'That's the petty [move]. 'I am breaking up with you, and I don't want anybody to have [it].'

The TV personality added: 'It's [like] flipping over the Monopoly board. That's it. It's like, 'I'm losing at Monopoly, so I'm going to flip the Monopoly board over.' That's what it is.'
