Tom Brady has posted a cryptic message on social media after a dramatic 24 hours which saw him slammed for using a 'slur' on an NFL broadcast before Gisele Bundchen revealed she was pregnant.
The retired quarterback's ex-wife announced on Monday that she is expecting her first child with jiu-jitsu pro partner Joaquim Valente.
It came after Brady was heard using a slur to describe Bills quarterback Josh Allen, sparking outrage among NFL fans.
Oh, mirror in the sky, what is love?' Brady wrote alongside a photo of the setting sun. The words, posted to Instagram on Monday night, are lyrics from the Fleetwood Mac song 'Landslide'. The 1975 hit was later covered by The Chicks.
Brady added audio over the story, with users hearing: 'Oh, mirror in the sky, what is love? Can the child within my heart rise above? Can I sail through the changing ocean tides?'

Brady's cryptic post was paraded by a stampede of fans trolling him on social media following the news of Bundchen's pregnancy.
'Gisele Bündchen, 44, is pregnant, expecting a baby with boyfriend Joaquim Valente,' one user wrote. 'Someone check on Tom Brady!'
'This is incredible! I love this for Gisele. Tom Brady is a dumba** for fumbling this baddie,' a second commented.
'Tom Brady just fell to his knees in the plastic surgery office,' a third quipped.
Brady and Bundchen were married for 13 years before calling it quits in October 2022. Shortly after the divorce, Bundchen began dating Valente, who was in the picture as her Jiu-Jitsu instructor during her marriage. The supermodel denied cheating allegations following their split.

They started dating in June 2023, after first meeting in December 2021 when she sought out jiu-jitsu training for her son and then decided to take classes too
Their divorce also came after Brady retracted his initial retirement from the NFL to return for one more season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
After retiring for good, Brady signed a 10-year, $375million deal to become the lead NFL analyst for Fox Sports. However, Brady's work in the broadcast booth has been heavily criticized eight weeks into his decade-long tenure.
He did not help his case on Sunday when he was on the hot seat for using a slur to describe Allen during Buffalo's game against Seattle.
'Sometimes he played like a spaz, like a grade-schooler on a sugar high, but now he's controlled the chaos. He's like a storm coming into town and you don't want that storm coming into this town,' Brady said as he discussed the signal caller's NFL journey towards the end of the first quarter.

'Spaz' is a slang abbreviation of the word 'sp*stic,' which is an offensive term often used for someone awkward or clumsy. It is considered to be an ableist slur.
Brady's use of the derogatory term sparked backlash from NFL fans on social media with many stunned into disbelief at the former quarterback's use of the slur.
'Did you hear Tom Brady call Josh Allen a “spaz” in the first half of today’s Bill’s game? Highly offensive to people who have physical disabilities as well as their loved ones,' one shocked social media user posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
'I think he said Josh Allen has to “just not play like a spaz” which somehow seems even worse to me. Sickening that that word is even in his vocabulary,' another responded.

'Thankful for the mute button,' a third said in response to a video of the controversial moment.
Another chimed in, expressing their disgust by writing: 'Brady really just said a player played "like a spaz" Ew.'
'The ONLY thing worse about watching your team suck all game long is having to listen to the cold-dull-as-three-day-old-dishwater @tombrady announce the game. #ShutUpDude,' another began, also ripping into Brady's announcing skills. 'ps: The "spaz" comment was uncalled for.'
