The home Jax Taylor lives in in Valley Village is actually under the name of a Delaware-based shell company – a suspected “asset avoidance” structure amid ongoing separation proceedings with Brittany

In a shocking discovery exclusively verified by DailyMail, the home that Jax Taylor – the famous reality TV star from Vanderpump Rules – is living in in the Valley Village area of Los Angeles is not in his name or that of his ex-wife Brittany Cartwright, but is legally owned by a limited liability company registered in Delaware.

According to the latest real estate records filed with Los Angeles County in late 2023, the house worth nearly $1.9 million is currently registered in the name of a legal entity called Crescent Amber Holdings LLC. Notably, this company has no clear business activities and only uses a virtual office address in Wilmington, Delaware – a state known for its lax corporate secrecy regulations and is used by many wealthy people to hide assets.

A source close to Brittany said she was “extremely surprised and hurt” when she discovered this truth while preparing the divorce paperwork. “She always believed that the house was where she built her home with Jax, that it was legally joint property. But now everything seems to have collapsed,” the person said.

A source from Brittany's lawyer confirmed that the legal team has sent a request to subpoena transfer documents related to Crescent Amber Holdings LLC, asking for clarification on who actually has legal and financial control of the property.

This is not the first time Jax has been suspected of transferring assets to avoid legal constraints. In 2020, when he was running a beverage company with close friend Tom Sandoval, he was accused of using an intermediary legal entity to cut shares without going through the original agreement.

A Los Angeles-based legal finance expert told DailyMail: “Using a Delaware corporation to hold real estate is not illegal, but in the context of separation and property disputes, this could be a signal of hiding assets to avoid legal division.”

Jax still lives in the house and appears regularly with his son on new episodes of The Valley – the reality show he and Brittany co-produced. However, with this revelation, fans are asking: Is the image of a model father and repentant man that Jax is building a new shell of sophisticated manipulation?

Jax Taylor has not made any comments despite being contacted many times. Brittany – who recently moved out – only shared briefly in a story: “The truth always finds its way out.”
