Drama continues to swirl around Southern Charm star Craig Conover as disturbing late-night messages he allegedly sent to a blonde woman surfaced online, leaving fans shocked and questioning the authenticity of his relationship with Summer House star Paige DeSorbo.
At the time the messages were reportedly sent, Craig and Paige were still in a committed public relationship. The leaked messages not only reveal questionable behavior on Craig’s part, but have also led to a flurry of accusations that he was using “fake profiles” on dating apps while still romantically involved with Paige.
An anonymous blonde woman shared with celebrity gossip page Deuxmoi that she had received a direct message from an Instagram account with Craig Conover’s name and real profile picture. The message, sent around 2 a.m., read:
“Are you still awake? I don’t know why, but I can’t stop thinking about you... If you were here, I wouldn’t feel so alone.”
After she hesitated to reply, another message followed:
“I know this is crazy, but have you ever imagined what it would be like if we were together? You’re so beautiful I can’t get you out of my head since that night…”
The woman said she was confused, knowing that Craig was still very much involved with Paige. She took screenshots of the messages and saved them for evidence.
Following the leak, several other women came forward claiming they had interacted with a user named Craig Conover on dating apps like Raya and Hinge. Though Craig has not confirmed using these platforms, the profiles were complete with real photos, a professional description (“lawyer – TV personality”), and listed Charleston as his current city—matching Craig’s real-life details.
One woman recounted asking the profile directly: “Aren’t you in a relationship?” and allegedly received this reply:
“It’s not what you think. Things are rocky. I feel really alone.”
That response further fueled the fire online, leading many to wonder whether Craig had been juggling multiple flings or trying to deflect blame by labeling them as “fake profiles.”
In a new Summer House teaser, Paige DeSorbo didn’t hold back her disappointment:
“I used to think I was the only one he cared about. But then I saw him messaging two other girls — and that was my wake-up call. He was sending things like, ‘What are you doing? I miss you.’ No woman deserves to see that when she’s in a serious relationship.”
When asked about the controversy during an E! News interview, Craig denied the accusations:
“I didn’t send those kinds of messages. People fake profiles all the time using celebrity photos. I respect Paige, and if she chooses to believe those things, that’s her choice. But I know the truth.”
However, Craig’s response did little to calm the public. With screenshots of messages still circulating on social media, fans are left doubting whether he was being entirely honest.
The scandal surrounding Craig Conover’s “late-night creepy messages” and the alleged fake dating app profiles has cast a shadow over his public image and turned his breakup with Paige DeSorbo into a media storm. As public scrutiny intensifies, the question remains: will Craig come clean — or continue to deny everything until the storm passes?
