The 24-year-old first joined the hit ITV show as Erin Fischer for series three and has remained with the programme ever since.
She plays the stepdaughter of family liaison officer DS Jenn Townsend.
But off-screen, her real life is just as eventful as her character Erin’s.
Georgia lives a rather glamorous life and isn't afraid of stripping down to a bikini on holiday for some sizzling Instagram snaps.
The Bay actress was able to keep her first pregnancy a secret too - until she have birth to her daughter Thea.
The tot was born in December 2022 with Georgia, then aged just 21, confirming the news on Instagram.
She wrote: "Thea Wioleta Scholes Karlinska. Our little secret, today our lives changed forever and we couldn’t love you anymore."
Her partner, Bartek, even had a tattoo of her name emblazoned on his neck before the birth.
Just a year and a half later, Georgia revealed that Thea had landed a part in The Bay alongside her.
Confirming her baby would be seen on screens in the new series, the actress wrote: "In celebration I thought i’d share why this season is so special to me, THEA made her tele debut !!!
"It’s so magical to me that Season 4 Thea was in my belly and now season 5 she gets to be a part of the magic again but here in person!!"
This comes after the star blasted trolls for "fat-shaming" after they urged bosses to recast her for looking "old and enlarged".
Many fans left unflattering comments about her weight, but Georgia quickly put them in their place.
She wrote online: "Amused at some of the comments I’ve seen about myself in #thebay that I should have been recast because I’m ‘enlarged’, and look ‘old’, reality is this face can’t even get served in a bar.
"Thanks to the bay for keeping my fat a**e in a job n not sacking me for being pregnant."
Thankfully, Georgia received lots of support from her fans, with one writing: "Give them what for. Good to see learn/meet another new mummy in the business. Congrats!"
Another added: "You were great. Realising you were pregnant at the time of filming adds a twist to last night's scenes. Have you seen the theory that it's actually Jacqui's test?"
A third tweeted: "Some people are horrible individuals u embrace your looks."
Meanwhile a fourth shared: "Ignore the hater’s beautiful! Your a fantastic person & great actor… that no one on this earth could replace!! Keep being you…Xx."
