Terrified Charlotte Crosby reveals extreme security measures at £1m home after robbery & mistake she’ll never make again - suong

CHARLOTTE Crosby has revealed she’s shelled out thousands of pounds on new security after a terrifying burglary at her £1.4m mansion.

The terrified star regrets opening up her home to the world on social media and TV after four men broke into the Sunderland home last year.

The former Geordie Shore star, 34, told The Sun: “I won't share my house anywhere online again.

“We have very intense security now and it’s very expensive. It’s everything you can imagine for very close protection we have -  but no bodyguard!”

The entrepreneur, who has two daughters with fiance Jake Ankers, spoke about the terrifying burglary, which happened while she was heavily pregnant in November, for the first time last month.

Recalling her ordeal on her Paramount + reality series Geordie Stories: Charlotte’s New Baby, she said: “The worst thing that could ever happen to us happened and it was all captured on Alba’s baby monitor.”

She added: “I was at the bottom of the stars with Alba and Jake literally chased them out of the house. I cannot believe how brave he was.

“Not knowing what was going to happen was the scariest, scariest moment of my life.

“We’re scared to be in our own home.”

Five months on she hasn’t had any police updates.

She said:  “I’ve had this happen twice, like two years before, but I never really received any updates then either. Back then I was on holiday so not at home.

“Alba doesn’t really remember because she was so young - it was just after her second birthday."

She added: “My house is sold and so we’re looking to move but we haven’t found anywhere yet.

“It takes a very long time for the sale to go through and it’s only been four weeks so we’re happy to go to an AirBnB if we need to and we’ll just look closer to completion.”

When she does find her next dream home though, she vows to keep the location a secret.

She said: “I definitely wouldn’t say where we’re moving to though having been burgled!”

The star, who has over 8.7million Instagram Followers, also said adjusting to motherhood a second time around hasn’t been an easy transition either - because Jake has been away with work.

Charlotte, who gave birth to daughter Pixi at the end of January, said: “I’m not living a normal life at the minute. Jake is on tour. He’s got his own business - his own chauffeur company so he drives people around and he’s with a comedian at the moment.”

For the past month, Charlotte has been on her own. Jake’s tour won’t be finished for another six weeks.

She admitted: “I literally am solo parenting six days a week and it is the hardest thing I have ever done and that one day where he comes home it’s so easy again because I have the other parent there.

“So I can’t really judge what having both kids is like right now because it’s a piece of p*** when Jake’s here - and I still think it would be a breeze - but, my god, it’s hard doing it on your own with two children.

“There have been tears. I’ve not got post-natal depression but I think I have postnatal exhaustion. The last time I cried was because the wheelie-bin was too full!

“Alba loves Pixi so much though. She just kind of smothers her!

“The only thing she says, is ‘Ah, Pixi, love you!’, but it’s very sweet.”

FUTURE PLANS

Jake jokes in her recent reality TV series that it took little more than three minutes for Charlotte to get pregnant a second time - because they only had sex the once.

He also admitted to wanting a boy having had two girls.

But right now Charlotte said: “I don’t know about more and that won’t be on our plans anytime soon.

"There’s a lot of healing to be done. I’m aching and I’ve got stitches.

“I actually feel really confident about my body now though. I love my wider hips since having two babies.”

Fans of her fly-on-the-wall series have seen Charlotte’s fashion business - Pepper Girls Club - facing potential disaster after a huge shipment of clothes was delayed by a month.

She admitted: “I went back to work two weeks after having Pixi so I’m alone and working a lot of different jobs but we managed to claw our way back from the disaster that happened last year and we’re still here - that’s the main thing! My focus is always going to be Pepper Girls Club. I put all of my time and efforts into it because I built it on my own.

She added: “One day I would hope not to do any TV and just to have my own business and just live life.”

Charlotte has come a long way since stepping into the limelight in 2011 and gaining a cult following for her wild, drunken nights out, lesbian trysts and sexon TV in MTV's Geordie Shore.

In 2015, she won Celebrity Big Brother. Since leaving Geordie Shore in 2016 — after suffering a life-threatening ectopic pregnancy while carrying her ex's child — her life is virtually unrecognizable from the one she led in her 20s.

Last year she took part in the BBC Two's Celebrity Masterchef in August, alongside Edith Bowman, Ian 'H' Watkins, Craig Doyle and TV presenter Snoochie Shy. She has also revealed she knocked back an offer from Strictly Come Dancing because she was pregnant.

She's also appeared on a slew of shows including The Xtra Factor, Britain's Got More Talent and Celebrity Juice.
