Could Sutton Stracke be seen in an upcoming episode of Southern Charm?
Amid production on the series’ upcoming ninth season, which began earlier this month in Charleston, South Carolina, cast member Venita Aspen was joined in New York City by the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who also has ties to show regular Patricia Altschul.
In photos shared to Venita’s Instagram Story on Tuesday, January 17, she and Sutton were seen enjoying a lunch date at BG Restaurant at Bergdorf Goodman.
In the captions, Venita included a gray heart emoji.
As Southern Charm fans may recall, Georgia native Sutton was first spotted with Patricia in 2021, amid the 11th season of RHOBH, which Patricia was quite vocal about.
In September of that year, Patricia shared a photo of herself and Sutton spending time together at the Isaac Jenkins Mikell House in Charleston as she sent her “best wishes” to her fellow Bravolebrity as she prepared to film the season 11 reunion and described herself as “Team Sutton.”
The following month, after seeing how Erika Jayne lashed out at her friend at the reunion, calling her a “c-nt” for spotlighting her legal drama with estranged husband Thomas Girardi, Patricia spoke out against her, saying that “no Southern lady would ever say that word out loud.”
With no shortage of ties to the Southern Charm cast, it seems safe to say that a potential cameo from Sutton on the upcoming ninth season, which will not include Kathryn Dennis or Naomie Olindo, is at least a possibility.
Southern Charm season nine is expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year. Meanwhile, filming on the upcoming 13th season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to begin later this month.
