‘Summer House’ star Lindsay Hubbard is renting this NYC home for $13K/month — and it just listed for sale - suong

A luxe Manhattan apartment currently rented by reality TV personality Lindsay Hubbard of Bravo’s “Summer House” has listed for sale, The Post has learned.

The Kips Bay property, which Hubbard shared with her former fiancé Carl Radke until their split, listed on Tuesday for $3.25 million.

The two-bedroom, three-bathroom residence, spanning nearly 1,300 square feet, became home to the couple in May 2023. Their relationship ended just three months later.

Hubbard, 38, continues to lease the apartment for a whopping $13,000 a month while searching for a new downtown residence.

According to Bravo, she is seeking a “fresh start” for herself and her newborn daughter, Gemma.

Radke, 40, has since moved out.

The pair first crossed paths in 2016 during the filming of “Summer House” Season 1, a show that chronicles the lives of a group of friends in the Hamptons.

The listing describes the home as a blend of “historic, classic New York-style living with refreshing modernity.”

Among its standout features is a 365-square-foot balcony with panoramic views of the Empire State Building and Midtown.

Inside, the apartment showcases wide-plank oak flooring, expansive windows and an open kitchen equipped with top-tier appliances.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a marble accent wall, a cast-iron soaking tub and a high-end Toto toilet.

Situated in the Hillrose28 building, the property offers residents access to a suite of amenities, including a rooftop terrace with a bar and grill, round-the-clock doorman and concierge services, a two-level fitness center, a lounge with a wet bar and a recessed fireplace.

Brokers Nicole Hechter and Asaf Bar-Lev of Corcoran are handling the transaction.

After much speculation and whispers in the New York real estate scene, the identity of the mysterious buyer of Lindsay Hubbard’s $3.25 million apartment has finally been revealed — and it’s none other than a young, handsome, and extremely private entrepreneur: Jonathan K., famously dubbed the “Ghost of Wall Street” because no one really knows where his wealth comes from. The only thing certain? Wherever there’s luxury real estate, Jonathan’s shadow isn’t far behind. According to a source close to (the seller’s neighbor), Jonathan was drawn to the sun-drenched living room and the open kitchen — perfect for, allegedly, reheating takeout. While Lindsay may be moving on, it looks like the apartment will remain a hot topic — this time thanks to its new, mysterious, and just-as-captivating owner, worthy of a ‘Summer House’ episode of his own.
