The Strictly Come Dancing star, 32, took to Instagram to share a video of him getting ready for the day.
And hunky Vito started by stripping off for a shower before leaving nothing to the imagination in a pair of tiny black boxers.
He was then seen picking an outfit before getting in some stretches.
Captioning his post, Vito wrote: "I always start my day with a powerful routine to feel focused, grounded, and full of energy!"
Fans went wild for the post - and so did 64-year-old Shirley.
She commented: "No words lol [laughing emojis]."
Another wrote: "I have no idea where you were going, what the video was about or what you had for breakfast, and I watched the whole thing... multiple times."
And someone else added: "All I have to say @vitocoppola is thank you."
They came runners-up to Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell - and Vito also flashed the flesh during the final.
He suffered a huge wardrobe malfunction and was left awkwardly clutching at his trousers after his zip broke.
Drawing attention to the embarrassing moment, host Tess Daly joked: "We have a wardrobe issue, are you able to maintain your decency?"
