Shamea Reveals an Unaired Moment Left Her Worried About Her Finances: "In Some Trouble..."

Shamea Morton shared fears she might "need to downsize" her lavish lifestyle on the RHOA After Show.

An unaired The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 prophecy had Shamea Morton running to check her bank account.

At Cynthia Bailey's Juneteenth "Bailey-que" in Episode 9, viewers only saw "intuitive life strategist" and prophet Dr. Natasha Leath predict that 2025 would be Shamea's "money-making year," further advising her that "sometimes it's important to lay low." As it turns out, she actually had way more to say, though.

Later dubbing her reading "hit or miss" in the above The Real Housewives of Atlanta After Show clip, Shamea recalled to Kelli Ferrell that the prophet picked up "good stuff," such as her needing to "start back doing music" and "maybe play the piano" again.

Here's What You May Have Missed on Bravo:

"But then she was talkin' like [we're] in some trouble financially," Shamea revealed. "I went home and I was like, 'I'm gonna have to see that account.'"

Joking that she needed to make sure "these kids can still go to private school," the mom to daughters Shya and Shiloh confirmed that all was good, though she still couldn't quite shake her anxiety.

"I was like, welp, do I need to slow down? Do we need to downsize?" she admitted on the RHOA After Show.

Inside Shamea Morton's lavish lifestyle

Indeed, Shamea lives large, and from the moment she stepped into her role as a full-time peach-holder, she's given viewers behind-the-scenes looks at her opulent lifestyle. In the RHOA Season 16 premiere, for example, she hosted a birthday party at her extravagant $9 million home, aka Sterling Hall, where husband Gerald Mwangi gifted her a $430,000 Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

During an exclusive tour of their 21,439-square-foot house, which naturally includes an elevator, Shamea also showed off her enviably massive closet, complete with designer pieces from Dolce & Gabbana, Balmain, Hermès, Gucci, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, and Christian Louboutin.
