As Live with Kelly and Mark prepares to move to a new downtown studio, several celebrities are wishing Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos and the Live team well — including their soon-to-be studio neighbor, Andy Cohen!
On Tuesday’s studio farewell special, the Watch What Happens Live host shared a special message with the co-host couple.
“Mark and Kelly, you are moving across the street from the Bravo clubhouse!” Cohen exclaimed. “I am so excited for us to be neighbors. Here’s what: I want access to your candy drawer. I want access to your guests. You always have the best guests.”
Cohen then put his offer on the table, teasing that he can provide “a party at all hours of the day and night” and “an open bar anytime you want.”
“Welcome to the neighborhood,” he concluded.
Among the other stars featured in the montage were Carson Kressley, Chelsea Handler, and RuPaul, the last of whom could not hide his excitement about their move.

“You know, I’ve done Live so many times in this old building. I cannot tell you how happy I am that we’re leaving it!” he quipped. “You know what? Let me tell you. To be honest, this move is about 25 years too late.”
Live is bidding farewell to their studio at 7 Lincoln Square and heading to 7 Hudson Square, where their new studio “covers an entire city block,” Ripa said on Tuesday.
“Dare I say, it’s too good for us,” she teased.
Consuelos added, “It’s the Robert. A. Iger Building.”
Ripa joked, “Yes, and we will be shooting this show in the Michael S. Gelman basement.”
