Sam Thompson revealed he is grateful for his sister Louise Thompson living next door as he opened up about his 'amazing' support system as he continues to go through a 'hard time'.
It was revealed by MailOnline Sam had split from girlfriend Zara McDermott last month after five years together with the Strictly stunner, 28, recently revealing she has has moved out of their Chelsea home.
And while neither have publicly confirmed the break-up, the I'm A Celebrity star said he is glad his sister Louise, her partner Ryan Libbey and their son Leo, live so close.
Sam told The Mirror that he gets his 'biggest comforts' from going round to his sister's house and despite it being 'manic' it gives him a 'warm and cosy' feelings while going through the 'tough time'.
He said: 'It's amazing having Louise there and she's an amazing mum. One of my biggest comforts, if I'm ever going through a hard time, is my neighbours next door.'
'I live my life at a very fast pace and there's a lot going on, so when I go to their place it's just such a family unit and it's a beautiful place to be. Louise is running after Leo, my nephew, and Ryan's running after Louise - it's all manic madness, but it's so warm and cosy and lovely.'

Despite Sam living a very happy go get 'em life he admitted it isn't always so cheery and that when he 'struggles' he finds going to therapy and 'talking to people' helps.
He continued: 'Sometimes I'm a victim of people saying 'Oh he never turns off', of course I turn off but I'm just very lucky to do what I do.
'I talk to people about struggling a lot actually. I go to therapy, I've been going to therapy for years, I do loads of stuff. For someone like me, it's really better to talk about how I feel and I'll never, I'll never stop that.'
It comes as Zara appeared to take a swipe at her ex Sam as she re-shared a cryptic post on TikTok on Monday.
Zara reposted a video which alluded that 'not everyone has the same heart as her' while questioning why someone 'did what they did.'
The clip, which was originally posted by account @ewwieeee showed her staring out of the window on a train.
It was captioned: 'Me reminding myself that not everyone has the same heart as me, but still can't understand why they did what they did because I would have never done it to them.'

On Instagram, Zara then bemoaned the 'bluest of Blue Mondays' by sharing a gallery of summer throwback snaps.
While the images featured the Love Island star basking in the sunshine while on holiday with her loved ones, her ex Sam was noticeably absent.
She captioned the post: 'The bluiest of blue Mondays has had me scrolling through my summer camera roll all day.'

In their final joint TV appearance they were surprised from bed in the early hours by host Michael, 48, as part of his infamous Midnight Gameshow skit, before ushering in a whole host of famous guests.
Sam was reunited with Celebrity SAS' Jason Fox who challenged him with holding huge weights while being quizzed over his relationship with Zara.
But when he failed to remember what the Strictly star had bought him as gifts over the years, Jason asked forcefully: 'Do you actually love her?'.
