“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Danielle Cabral called out her “a–hole” castmate Jennifer Aydin, 47, for her mean-spirited video that has gone viral about how she treated employees of Jersey Mike’s, calling her “despicable,” an “idiot,” a “scum rocket,” an “a–hole,” a “schmuck” and a “POS.”
“I’m usually really pretty good at holding my tongue, keeping my mouth shut, not saying anything, and I feel like — I don’t wanna today,” said Cabral, 39, in a selfie-style Instagram post. Cabral is the newest RHONJ star and former Staten Islander.
In the video, Cabral addresses an earlier incident involving her nemesis, Jennifer Aydin, who earlier this week shared her frustration about an experience at a Jersey Mike’s located in an airport through a series of since-expired Instagram Stories.
In her posts, Aydin described waiting in line for her order, only to see the customer behind her receive their order first. She commented on the staff, mentioning an older Jersey Mike’s employee, whom she estimated to be about 80 years old, taking a long time slicing bread and struggling to keep up with the orders.
While the employee was preparing her first sandwich, Aydin added another item to her order. However, the staff member declined to accommodate the request, instructing her to rejoin the line unless the man behind her approved, as it would delay his order.
The man allegedly dismissed Aydin’s request as “ridiculous,” which prompted her to start recording their heated exchange. Identifying himself as a law professor, the man allegedly threatened legal action if she shared the video and remarked that he would sue her “for every piece of fake jewelry” she owned. Aydin responded by insisting her jewelry was genuine and retorted, “I am a f–king celebrity!”
Back to Danielle Cabral’s response. In her own Instagram video, she said: “So, in light of all the s–t that’s been going down, I feel compelled to say — if you guys only knew what it was like to be involved with this person. While she’s berating me about how I treat people and lying to the point of delusion, the whole f–king time this is the person she is. This is who she is!”
“A leopard never changes its spots,” added Cabral, who is also the founder of Boujie Kidz. “At the end of the day, the truth always comes out, and the true colors of certain individuals always shine through.”
Cabral encouraged all members of the Real Housewives franchise to strive for better behavior. “We’ve got to change this, ladies. That’s not how we’re acting in public at all. But I’m glad [Aydin] filmed it, and I’m glad she posted it... because now you all get to see who this person really is.
“The beauty of this is, you sit back and watch the trash take itself out.”

ABOUT DANIELLE CABRAL
Reality TV fans may remember Cabral from another show — which showcased her affection for her hometown — when she appeared on MTV’s “True Life: I’m a Staten Island Girl” back in 2006. The episode followed three Staten Island residents, including Danielle, whose maiden name is DiPietro.
“It did not go over too well with my peers,” said Cabral. “I went through a lot after that show came out. I’ve worked 17 years to try and change that image around and I hope with RHONJ, I can make my hometown proud.”
Following her “True Life” appearance in 2006, Cabral moved to Los Angeles and took on several acting projects. The cameras caught up with her again in 2008 for a “True Life” follow-up.
While in Los Angeles, she met her now-husband, Nathan “Nate” Cabral, an electrician from Massachusetts, for whom she moved back to the East Coast, and eventually wed on Staten Island in 2012.
The couple chronicled their New Jersey home renovation in 2014 on the DIY Network series “Family Under Construction.”
“I may now be a Jersey girl, but Staten Island will always be home,” added Cabral. “I think fans of the show will love season 13! I may be biased but it’s probably going to go down as one of the best!”
Most recently, Cabral proudly supports small businesses and charitable foundations, including the JCC’s Sunrise Day Camp on Staten Island, a summer camp for kids with cancer and their siblings.
