The Real Housewives of Miami is back for its seventh season. There’s quite a bit going on with the show, and one of the most talked-about storylines finds Lisa Hochstein and Larsa Pippen at odds. Now, Lisa is speaking out about her friendship with Larsa and defending Jody Glidden in the process.
Fans of RHOM will recall that Lisa and Larsa came to blows in the first episode. This came as Larsa accused Lisa of continuing to socialize with her ex, Marcus Jordan, 34. Additionally, there was tension between the two when they traveled to Italy.
Lisa recently took to her Instagram Stories to discuss their feud. Luckily, Cindy Cee on X caught the footage before it was deleted.
“There are so many lies, and I have to set the record straight,” Lisa began in the Story. “Larsa keeps saying that we were best friends for 15 years, and that is not true. We would see each other at events, but we did not actually become friends until four years ago, right before the reboot.”

Lisa went on, “That’s when we started talking and texting, and that’s how our friendship began. We became friends because of the show. We bonded through that experience just like Marcus and Jody did. So, tell me how she’s mad at Jody for the exact same thing. This show literally creates friendships, but calling yourself a good friend doesn’t make it true.”
She also said, “Her idea of a friendship was showing up to a court hearing for me that she was subpoenaed to be at. So, that is not being a friend. That’s literally following a court order.”
The RHOM star went on to provide examples of Larsa not being a good friend, citing her reaction to Dr. Nicole Martin, 40, joining the show, as well as how she treated Guerdy Abraira, 47, during her cancer battle. She then discussed the allegations Larsa made against Jody.
“And then, Jody in Milan, and her telling people that Jody went crazy… and disrespected her. There were more than 80 people there, and nobody saw it?” Lisa said. She also added that they should pull the surveillance footage from Milan.
Lisa continued, “Let’s look at who Jody is. He doesn’t raise his voice. Not to me, not his daughter, not to his kids, not to anyone, not even his ex-wife, and she would tell you that. But Larsa is literally known for provoking people and yelling. She started that moment in Milan.”
