Lisa Hochstein made shocking allegations against Lenny Hochstein and his new girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, in her recently-filed divorce documents.
Just over a month after her plastic surgeon husband, 59, filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” and saying there was “no present hope for a meaningful reconciliation” of their 12-year marriage, the 39-year-old Real Housewives of Miami cast member accused Lenny of “volatile behavior” and claimed his new lady, who is just 26, is “detrimental” to their two kids, son Logan, 6, and daughter Elle, 2.
In court documents obtained by The Sun, Lisa claimed Lenny “berated and threatened” her in front of their children, which forced her to “flee” their $52 million mansion on Star Island, and she requested that she be allowed to use the property rather than Lenny.
Lisa then asked the court to ban Lenny from allowing their children around his “presumed” girlfriend, which she said would be “detrimental to the best interests of minor children.”
“The husband’s presumed girlfriend, upon information and belief, has acted and continues to act in a manner that would be seen as injurious to the minor children, should she have any contact of access to the minor children at this time,” her court papers read.
After also stating that she’s remained “loyal” to Lenny despite their split, Lisa said she wants to establish a parenting plan with her estranged spouse that has “safeguards and parameters” and for him to cover her attorney’s fees.
In response to the filing, Lenny’s attorney, Richard Preira, exclusively told Page Six that his client has “done everything in his power to protect the children by being private, not public, and by not being at all inflammatory” and noted that the doctor has “chosen” not to speak ill of Lisa for the “sake of the children.”
He then said the RHOM cast member “seems to crave attention, and so issues allegations that are inflammatory and the opposite of the truth.”
According to the lawyer, Lisa “stalked [Lenny] in the house” after he vacated their master bedroom.
“Now she stalks him in the media and social media,” he continued.
Although the attorney insisted Lenny is “trying to avoid conflict,” he suggested Lisa’s “goal is conflict.”
“Unfortunately that seems to be the goal of her counsel as well,” he added. “I believe we lawyers are officers of the Court. We have a higher calling when children are in the mix.”
The Real Housewives of Miami season five is currently in production and expected to begin streaming on Peacock sometime later this year.
