Vicki Gunvalson is setting the record straight about Ryan Boyajian‘s alleged lawsuit against Tamra Judge.
After sharing earlier this week that Teresa Giudice, 52, had allegedly suggested a class action lawsuit against Tamra, 57, and expressed concern that Jennifer Pedranti, 47, would be fired due to Ryan’s case against their co-star, the 62-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County cast member confirmed that Ryan is not suing Tamra “yet.”
“Ryan is not suing her ‘yet.’ He filed a cease and desist,” Vicki clarified in a comment shared on Reality Blurb‘s October 2 post on Instagram.
In other Vicki Gunvalson news, she recently spoke out on a podcast, stating that producers of RHOC attempted to get her to pick fights with both Tamra and Katie Ginella, 40, at Ryan and Jennifer’s engagement party, which is set to air in an upcoming episode.
Recalling her conversation with producers, Vicki said she informed them that she was “not going to” create drama at the event.
“[I said], ‘This is about Jen and Ryan’s engagement.’ They’re like, ‘Well, it is. But it’s really about the season and what’s happened everywhere. So this is giving everybody a platform to talk about it.’ I said, ‘No, this is about Jen and Ryan,’” she shared on My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast, via Monsters and Critics.
In addition to encouraging her to confront Tamra about their feud, Vicki said producers also wanted her to speak to Katie about the rumors she had brought up about Heather Dubrow, 55.
“‘Not going to do it. This is Jen and Ryan’s night,’” she said she told them. “And he then said, ‘What about you confront Katie about talking about Heather?’ I said, ‘Not going to do it. Not my business.’ And he goes, ‘Damn. You’re not going to do anything?’ I said, ‘What I’m going to do is go home.’”
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
