REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her ex, PK, have pulled their $7.5m Los Angeles mansion out of pre-foreclosure by paying off $300k in mortgage debt.
In November, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the Encino estate was in pre-foreclosure after the couple missed “more than four months” of payments in the midst of their tumultuous separation.
A notice of default for $298,556 for the property - which the couple moved into during the Summer of 2019 - was filed on October 16, 2024.
However, property records obtained by The U.S. Sun show the default notice has since been rescinded for the $6.5m mansion.
“Notice is hereby given that the present Beneficiary and/or the Trustee does hereby rescind, cancel and withdraw said Declaration of Default and Demand for Sale.
"The Notice of Default does further hereby rescind, cancel, withdraw and revoke any acceleration of the loan that may have occurred by way of any trustee's action,” the court papers state.
The notice of default for the $6.5m home was first filed in October for $298,556.
Dorit, 48, finally broke her silence on her housing woes when Bravo boss Andy Cohen questioned her about the pre-foreclosure at the season 14 RHOBH reunion.
In the preview clip for the scene that airs in the part 3 finale next week, Dorit addressed the news, saying: "Well, there are reports that it is in pre-foreclosure.
"I had no idea about it. [PK] told me that they changed the rate, he was trying to get ahold of somebody, no one was returning his calls — that's the way he does business.
"Until they give him his call back, he's not going to pay. He resolved it. Listen, they ended up calling. That's what he said."
Dorit has remained in the family’s home and posted on the balcony of the modern farmhouse just last week.
Meanwhile, husband PK, 57, has been living on his own since the couple announced their separation in September 2024.
The businessman spends a lot of time in his hometown of London, and when he’s in California, he primarily resides at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Previously, The U.S. Sun obtained records that revealed a notice of default that was filed against the 7,100-square-feet Encino, CA estate.
Records stated that the home had four or more missed payments, leading to it being in pre-foreclosure - meaning the lender has begun the process of foreclosing the property.
As the house was in pre-foreclosure, the couple had a chance to save it by immediately repaying any missed payments in a lump sum - which they appear to have now done.
If none of those steps were taken, the home could have fallen into a non-judicial foreclosure - meaning the lender could have foreclosed on the property at any time without having to go to court, which is common practice in California.
The couple purchased the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom property in 2019 for $6.5m.
PK and Dorit also share the house with their kids; son Jagger, 10, and daughter Phoenix, 8.
The modern farmhouse is equipped with a palatial kitchen that includes two oversized islands and luxury fixtures, including gold hardware and custom wallpaper.
In the outside of the house, they could enjoy their massive pool, cabana, half basketball court, and even a golfing putting green.
HAPPINESS ROBBED
Two years after moving into the family-friendly neighborhood, the couple suffered a terrifying ordeal when the house was burglarized in 2021.
Masked gunmen broke in while Dorit was home alone with her kids and robbed the RHOBH star.
Fortunately, she was not harmed and her two young kids were sleeping and apparently did not hear the robbery.
However, the situation has remained traumatizing for Dorit - who documented the aftermath in season 12 of RHOBH.
The robbers took off with pricey jewelry and other high-cost items in the case, which continues to be under investigation.
