Bozoma Saint John shares an update on her health

In addition to switching up her diet, Bozoma has been candid on RHOBH Season 14 about her desire to have a child with her boyfriend, Keely.

In order to give herself the best chance possible of carrying a baby, Bozoma had fibroid surgery. She highlighted her recovery on Season 14, Episode 7.

"I'm 47 years old, but I want to have a chance to carry a child," Boz said in an interview on the episode. "I want to start a family with him."

She reflected further on the operation on the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show.

"Fibroid surgery was [such] a scary thing because...who wants to have surgery?" she said. "Honestly, when I had been discussing my fibroids with my doctor anyway, it wasn't a life-threatening situation where it's like, 'If you don't have it, this is going to happen to you.' I know that there are a lot of women who have very severe symptoms of their fibroids — I wasn't one of those people."

She continued, "However, they were large, they were growing, and I just felt like why wait until some other point where I don't have a choice in order to do it? And then on top of it... I'm not getting any younger, and if I'm having these conversations with Keely and I truly believe we have the opportunity to create a bigger family then...why not do it right now?... With the fibroids, I have zero chance...[and] I want a shot at it."
