She said: 'We would just fight all the time, over money. So, we didn't have any money. It was really brutal, we couldn't afford to eat. I was struggling with health issues and stuff.
'So, he was a man focused on work, and I was just in bed dying. And we couldn't find a perfect mix. And then eventually I went to go overseas and, earn some money, and get a bit of my identity back.'
She continued: 'I didn't really have anything; my life was a secret. I didn't have my own money. I gave it all to the boat. I was just kind of like, there.
'And then, I went overseas, started working. And then I thought, the distance would make us get better.
'And then it was. I mean, in my eyes we were finally a bit better. And then, one day, just out of the blue, after I sent him nudes in the morning, I got a phone call, saying I'm done with you.'
Danni also spoke about her reason not to communicate with her co-star Daisy Kelliher - after they fell out on the show.
She explained: 'No, we haven't spoken at all. I've spoken to everybody but Daisy, honestly, I don't really have an interest.
'And I mean, I know that sounds so awful, but it's just I don't really want to rehash something.

'I think we're both, two very stubborn people, and we both had our own experiences, and we both have the right to feel the way that we do, and there's no point in rehashing it, because I don't think that we're both sorry'
Also in this episode, Danni spoke about keeping her relationship with Chase private.
She said: 'Because we met on the show, and he's been on the show before, we weren't allowed to be seen with each other.
'Because he's a YouTuber he wasn't allowed to post me because it was a spoiler.'
It comes after two other stars of the show revealed their break up last month.
Daisy Kelliher and Keith Allen have seen their romance capsize.
During the season five finale of the reality show, both Kelliher, 37, and Allen, 30, sharing a kiss as they promised to meet up on land.
In an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the chief steward, who was open about freezing her eggs, said it was the highlight of the trip for her when asked to name the rose and thorn of the season.
'That was our first kiss, it was a highlight,' she said.
Kelliher went on to explain that she and Allen 'never made it official' once they got on land.
'We dated for a year, but it was long distance, and it wasn't, like, ever very serious,' she explained.
Fans were shocked that the relationship was already over.
'We were in each other's lives for a year and unfortunately, it ended. It's because of distance... adding 'it's like, a situationship.'
'We had an amazing time, but it's always sad when something ends.'
The veteran stew, as she is known on the show, said she and the hunky deckhand never discussed moving for the other once they disembarked from the Parsifal III.
Kelliher said Allen is currently working in the Caribbean, while she has relocated to London.
'Unless he was moving over to Europe, it was never really going to to work,' she said.
In the Below Deck Sailing Yacht season five finale, which aired Monday night, in a confessional, Kelliher and Allen opened up about their feelings for each other.
'I don't know what's gonna happen in the future. Maybe Keith and I will get married and have a baby? I'm joking,' she added quickly. 'That's definitely not gonna happen. But you know, we don't know!'
In his own confessional, Allen admitted he put his job first.

'When I'm working, I'm like in a work zone, and if there's any kind of romance, it just gets messy,' he said. 'But I kind of realized that Daisy and I see the world almost through a similar lens, and for me, when you build a connection with someone, that makes it 100 percent worth it.'
While not spilling the beans about the breakup during his appearance on WWHL January 20, Allen said, 'I think at the end of the day, we achieved what we wanted to achieve and we got to know each other, and we had a great season together.'
When questioned about the wording of his answer, the sailor replied, 'We had a great time and made plans for after the season.'
When Cohen tried to dig deeper, Allen joked he had signed a non-disclosure agreement.
