Raquel Leviss Dropped Dog at Shelter Before It Was Reunited With James, See Why and How Vanderpump Dogs Intervened, Plus What Ariana Said About Graham

Raquel Leviss reportedly dropped her dog, Graham, off at an animal shelter before he was reunited with her ex-fiance, James Kennedy.

According to a new report, the Vanderpump Rules star decided to take the dog, which she took upon her and James’ split in late 2021, to a shelter for behavior issues, including biting, which her castmate, Ariana Madix, spoke of just months ago on the Call Her Daddy podcast.

“[Graham], who is honestly a terror. He bit me before. He’s not a well-trained dog,” Ariana revealed in May. “He’s kind of a little jerk. But we would let it go because we’re like, ‘That’s our friend’s dog.’ And she would always purport it to be like, it was because maybe like when her and James had him together, that maybe like it was the way he was raised as a puppy.”

But looking back, Ariana said she no longer felt James was responsible for the dog’s unruliness.

“I’m almost like, ‘Clearly James was not the problem.’ Like, I try to move the food bowl and he will try to bite me. He’s crazy,” she continued. “[But] it’s not his fault.”

As Pump Rules fans may have seen earlier this week, James posted a couple of images of himself and Graham on Instagram, making it clear he is thrilled to have the dog back in his care.

“Look who made his way back home, back into my life, I’ll take care of you forever and I love you,” James captioned his July 20 slideshow.

James also included an image of himself and Graham with girlfriend Ally Lewber.

Vanderpump Rules James Kennedy and Ally Lewber Reunite With Graham on Boat in Lake Tahoe

Following the loved-up reunion between James and his pooch, TMZ confirmed that after Graham was reportedly dropped off at a shelter for issues including a “biting problem,” Lisa Vanderpump‘s Vanderpump Dog Foundation was alerted and facilitated a reunion between the animal and his former owner.

In the time since, James has enrolled Graham in training classes, which seem to be working.

While the majority of the cast recently traveled to Lake Tahoe for a group trip, Raquel has been spending time with family in Arizona, where she recently completed two months of treatment at The Meadows, and continues to negotiate with Bravo for a potential return.

Vanderpump Rules season 11 is currently in production and expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
