Kristen Doute is involving all of her friends in her pregnancy.

After PEOPLE announced that The Valley star, 41, is expecting her first baby with fiancé Luke Broderick on Tuesday, Nov. 26, the mom-to-be revealed which of her fellow Vanderpump Rules alums knows the sex of her baby.

Doute spilled the secret while sharing an Instagram Stories post of Brittany Cartwright congratulating her on her pregnancy.

"Guess what ... @brittany knows the gender of our baby! (and we don't) ?💙🩷?💙🩷?" wrote Doute. She reposted Cartwright's sweet congratulatory message that read: "Kristen is having a baby!!! I love you @kristendoute and I'm so extremely happy for you! You will make a wonderful mother and I can't wait to spoil this little baby with so much love!! Congratulations @kristendoute @luke__broderick 💙🩷."

The expectant mother followed up the post by explaining why Cartwright already knows the baby's sex.

"Okay you guys, so Brittany knows the gender of our baby because we share an OB (obstetrician). So I had my OB call her, and I don't know what it is. Neither does Luke," said Doute.

"So I want to know ... what your guess is. And she's so good at hiding it. Number one, she won't even make eye contact with me," continued Doute. "But I've been trying to decode her texts and even her story, in which order she puts the heart, like the pink and the blue heart in, and she keeps switching it up. I see you, Britt."

She shared with PEOPLE that it was after she and her fiancé decided to meet with a fertility specialist in late summer that she decided to undergo IUI (intrauterine insemination).

"The two weeks following the IUI procedure felt like years. To get a correct outcome on a pregnancy test, 2 weeks time had to pass and I had to wait it out but in my heart I knew it had worked. I tested one day early and got the big PREGNANT result staring back at me," Doute told PEOPLE, noting that she is due in June.
