Aaron Phypers‘ legal and financial issues led lawyers to reveal that he and Denise Richards are not “actually married.”
So, the wedding/ceremony/display we saw on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was all for show … literally.
How we got here:
In a nutshell, Aaron is being sued for fraud and breach of oral contract.
He was ordered to pay $228,000, but hasn’t. So, Creditors Adjustment Bureau, Inc. wants to go after Denise’s wages and earnings. Aaron demanded that a judge stop the creditor from seizing the RHOBH alum’s money to pay off his debt.
They (shadily) argued, “Denise Richards currently is, and at the time the debt was incurred was, the spouse of Defendant and Judgment Debtor Aaron William Cameron Phypers aka Aaron Phypers aka Aaron W. Phypers and is responsible for the community property debts.” (Aaron has almost as many names as Monica Garcia … chill out, that’s a joke!)
Therefore, the debt collector asked for an order “attaching the wage earnings and other assets in the name, possession, custody, and control of Denise Richards” to get their coin.
Record scratch:
Aaron’s lawyer slammed the debt collector’s effort to go after Denise. His team argued that the debt collector had provided no “admissible evidence that [Aaron] and [Denise] are actually married.” Yes, you read that correctly!
Aaron’s attorney objected to a news article that the debt collector submitted as evidence that he and the Wild Things actress are married. Aaron’s lawyer called the article “inadmissible hearsay and not competent evidence.”
Defense said the debt collector had not presented evidence that Denise’s earnings are community property. Aaron’s lawyer continued, “Marital earnings (assuming the two are married) are generally community property. [But,] that is not necessarily the case. Married couples can enter into transmutation and other agreements.”
“By failing to give proper notice to [Denise], [Creditors Adjustment Bureau] precludes her from presenting evidence that would provide an exception to what is generally true,” his lawyer ended. A judge has yet to rule. For the record, Denise is not a named defendant, nor was she accused of having anything to do with the loan.
The wedding?!
Denise and Aaron had a wedding ceremony on September 8, 2018, as seen on RHOBH. Many were charmed with ‘Big D!ck Aaron‘ at the start … especially after seeing how devoted he was to Denise’s adopted special needs daughter, Eloise.
Fast forward to Denise F *cking Richards’ sophomore/final season on RHOBH. We learned that Aaron is not only involved in some shady, secret society that would shake the medical industry to its core. Also, NEVER FORGET, Aaron threatened to crush Denise’s hand when they abruptly left a cast Barbeque at Kyle Richards’ home.
