People who have met Jamie from MAFS Australia 2025 have shared their stories of what she’s like in real life. Jamie has been an icon of the most recent series of the show, and their stories share even more about her character.

If you want to call MAFS Australia “a journey” – that’s exactly what Jamie had. She and Dave started off as the poster couple, before it all came crashing down. They gave things another go at final vows, but then at the reunion announced they’d split. Since then, they’ve had a bit of a salty back and forth talking about their relationship.

One thing Jamie was consistent with though, was being a girls’ girl. She had everyone’s backs, and spoke her truth when she thought anyone was being wronged. For that, she became a legend.

Now, sources have spoken to So Dramatic! all about what she’s like in real life. They include former work colleagues, and people who have just met her in passing.

‘She’s really intense’

One person said they knew someone who used to work with Jamie, and claimed she’s just as loud in person as she was on-screen. I expected no less from our girl!

“My friend used to work with Jamie about five years ago, and she said she is nuts and really intense. Just like she is on-screen, possibly even worse, and they toned her down a bit,” they said. “She is full-on 24-7.”

In quite a shady comment, they added they’re “not shocked” that “Dave seemed exhausted by her.” Did he say that? I’m not sure he ever said that.

‘Jamie loves the tea’

Of course, Jamie loving all things drama wasn’t put on for the cameras. “I used to work with Jamie in a small company. She loves the tea,” one person said. “She’s very loud and will for sure bring the drama this season as she shared her thoughts openly and proudly.”

Apparently, Jamie did break the heart of someone she was with before MAFS Australia

It seems Jamie has broken a few hearts in the past, and it’s been claimed one former boyfriend was left heartbroken when things didn’t work out between them.

A third source explained Jamie is originally from Adelaide, but moved to Melbourne about two years ago. They claimed she and a long term boyfriend made the move together, but not long later, Jamie ended things. “He was heartbroken,” they said. “It was so horrible.”
