Kim Zolciak took to her Instagram Story earlier this week to list a number of her and Kroy Biermann‘s designer belongings for sale.

Just as Kroy, 38, was hit with a lien from his divorce attorney, who claims he has unpaid bills, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 45, showcased shoes and purses ranging from $650 to $6,750 as a report suggested some of her friends have distanced themselves from her due to what they feel is embarrassing behavior amid her and Kroy’s split.

In a series of posts shared to her Instagram Story, Kim offered a Chanel bag for nearly $7,000 and a pair of Gucci heels for $1,250, saying the shoes were “brand new.”

As Kim and Kroy seemingly go back and forth on their decision to part ways after celebrating their 12-year wedding anniversary last month, attorney Marlys A. Bergstrom has filed a lien against Kroy for his past due balance.

In court documents obtained by Us Weekly on December 4, Marlys’ law firm, Stearns, Montgomery & Proctor filed a Consent Attorney’s Lien for $801.01 against “all recoverable property” of Kroy’s “upon any judgments and decrees recoverable” in his divorce.

In the filing, it is noted that the “unpaid amount of fees and services” include services through November 15, “including any interest that may have accrued pursuant” to Kroy’s agreement with the firm, which began on August 24. It is also stated that interest will continue to accrue to the tune of one and a half percent on “all months due” until the firm is “paid in full for legal services performed and expenses incurred” on behalf of Kroy “in the above-styled matter as provided by law and with the express written consent” of Kroy.

“No person shall be at liberty to satisfy any judgment or decree in this action until the lien of the Firm is satisfied,” the filing continued, adding that the lien “attaches to all recoverable assets,” including but not limited to Kroy’s “money” and “personal or real property,” which includes the Georgia home he and Kim listed for $6 million in October.

In other news, a report from TMZ on December 3 revealed that friends of Kim’s have allegedly distanced themselves from her out of embarrassment of the way she’s handled her and Kroy’s breakup — and the impact it has had on their four children, including Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9.

According to the report, sources have said that the situation is sad for the kids and they’re concerned about the drama they’ve been forced to see at home. As fans will recall, one of the couple’s children resorted to calling the police during one of their recent fights.

The outlet went on to say that while Kim seems to be enjoying the drama of her and Kroy’s “fighting game,” he doesn’t like it nearly as much.

TMZ also alleged that Kim and Kroy are trying to land a new reality show but have yet to be presented with any deals.

Kim Zolciak appeared in a full-time role on The Real Housewives of Atlanta for its first five seasons and also starred in her own spinoff series, Don’t Be Tardy, for eight seasons, from 2012 to 2020.
