Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev's divorce has come to a pricey conclusion.
In documents obtained by PEOPLE, the former WWE wrestler, 41, has reached an agreement with the Dancing with the Stars alum, 42, where they'll share joint custody of their son, Matteo, 4.
Per the settlement, Garcia will pay Chigvintsev $3,500 a month in child support, as well as a $200,000 lump sum that will be divided into two equal payments, one of which is due now and the other before the end of the year.
In addition to her payments, the television personality is financing the cost of Matteo's health insurance, speech therapy and remainder of his preschool education through the 2024-2025 year.
However, the former couple will split the rest of their son's extracurricular activities and jointly select the school for the 2025 school year. When it comes to Matteo's custody, the exes will split major holidays and trade off each year.

On the other hand, Garcia and Chigvintsev will retain their respective possessions and assets, with Garcia getting to keep their Napa home and all of the trusts in her name, including her businesses Stephanie Nicole Garcia Entertainment and Bonita Bonita by Nikki and Brie.
Chigvintsev will keep their Los Angeles home and all of the trusts in his name, including Art-Ronin Enterprise and Southeast Storage Group.
TMZ was first to report the news.
On Aug. 28, 2024, Chigvintsev was arrested on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse in Napa Valley, Calif. At the time, he was given a $25,000 bail, according to intake records obtained by PEOPLE. Nearly two weeks after his arrest, Garcia filed for divorce after she was spotted without a wedding ring at a work engagement.
Their split then turned messy with both Chigvintsev and Garcia were granted restraining orders against the other. In Chigvintsev's account of the incident, he claimed that an argument about their son's lunch and parental responsibilities turned physical, while Garcia alleged that Chigvintsev "tackled" her to the ground and was pressing on her chest to the point where she felt like she was suffocating.
Then, in November 2024, Garcia's rep confirmed that the former couple had settled their divorce in a private mediation.
"Both parties decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively co-parent their son," the rep said in a statement. "Nikki’s number one priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter. She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time.”
