Police body-cam footage showed Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann accusing each other of stealing on the day she moved out of their Georgia mansion – after a moving company called 911 on Kroy for blocking their truck with his SUV.
Throughout their contentious divorce, the Don’t Be Tardy exes have called the cops on each other multiple times. For a while, they were both staying in their shared home amid the separation, though they both recently agreed to sell it.
“He blocked me in and said I couldn’t leave,” said a woman working for the moving company, speaking to a cop in body-cam footage via TMZ.
Later on, Kim told the cop that her husband is “trying to block everything” and “locked” her out. She also claimed he “stole a bunch of stuff” despite a court order indicating that certain things belong to her because she owned them before the marriage.
According to Kim, Kroy stole “every pot and pan” while she was out of town.
But Kroy had a different story.
“This individual [Kim] seems to think everything belongs to her,” he told the cop. “They continue to empty out this house with property that belongs to me.”
“You cannot prevent this truck from leaving,” said the officer.
“I can if it’s full of my stuff,” Kroy answered.
“I can’t prove that it’s yours or hers … at this point,” the cop replied. “I don’t want you to get in trouble for preventing a person from leaving your property if they’re here legally.”
The officer suggested that Kim should call her “legal representation” the next time there’s a dispute like this.
The video then showed Kroy backing his SUV out of the driveway so the moving truck could leave.
Last month, Kim and Kroy’s daughter Ariana Biermann addressed the divorce.
“Divorce f**king sucks. Oh my God. This is actually the worst thing that’s ever happened, for everyone involved,’” shared the star on TikTok, via @bravobravobravobri on Instagram. “And then you think to yourself … ‘Do I want to get married? Because does that just make things complicated?’ Then you think, ‘Yeah I do. Yeah but no. I don’t know. Because this really just f**king sucks.’”
