Must See: Rangers Juuso Parssinen scores beauty overtime goal during World Championships

Juuso Parssinen is a recent arrival in New York after a trade with the Colorado Avalanche this season. Despite not making a huge impact during his arrival, he's found himself providing some help for Finland in the IIHF World Championship.Juuso Parssinen

Juuso Parssinen has continued his hockey journey suiting up for the Finnish team at the 2025 IIHF World Championships. He'd be a key player in securing a 2-1 victory over Latvia today.
The goal was highlight-reel worthy, as Parssinen capitalized on the rush to make a silky-smooth move, with a pass to himself between the legs, to fool Latvian goalie Kristers Gudlevskis.

It was the Finns' first goal of the day, scored by Parssinen. Not only that, but it was efficient, as it would be his only shot on goal of the day as well.
He'd lend his hand in the win in other ways, winning 10-of-10 face-offs in the circle, logging 10 minutes TOI.
Parssinen is really collecting all the points he can out here against his opponents, scoring 4 points (3 goals, 1 assist) in five games. He's helped Finland win four of their five games in the tournament this season.
His first two goals of the tournament were game winners, and the Ranger is a +6 in the World Championship so far.
Could this be a sign that Parssinen hasn't finished developing as a player yet? Could the Rangers be beneficiaries of what we've seen in international play?
We've seen him score highlight-reel goals before as a Predator, pulling off the same move against the Minnesota Wild's Filip Gustavsson in OT.

The Rangers could have something promising in Parssinen should he continue to find his game year by year.
