Matt Rempe issues unexpected statement after rejoining the Rangers after missing four consecutive games

The New York Rangers could use some edge against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Tonight they will get it as Matt Rempe returns to the ice; it'll be his first game back after dealing with an upper-body injury.Matt Rempe

The New York Rangers could use a nice win in regulation against one of the top teams in the Atlantic Division. Matt Rempe could help with that, as we're lucky enough to see one-half of the Rempire Towers return tonight.
Rempe was out due to an upper-body injury. which has been since March 25th, after the game against the Los Angeles Kings.
Peter Laviolette confirmed his return, according to Remy Mastey of The Hockey News.

Now on the cusp of drawing in on the team's fourth line, Rempe issued a statement ahead of tonight's game.
He wants to get back out on the ice and do what he had been doing before his injury. Rempe's goal was to be a solid depth contributor on the Rangers' fourth line.
If you remember, he is set on modeling his game after Winnipeg Jets forward Adam Lowry, and it seems like he's been true to his statement.
This season in 36 games for the Rangers, he's scored 5 points (2 goals, 3 assists) after training the majority of last summer in order to improve his game.
He'd face a suspension for elbowing Miro Heiskanen before learning true discipline on the ice, and has since tried to stay out of the box.
Rempe is known for his punishing style of play and his excellent chemistry with teammate Adam Edstrom.
Can he help the Rangers put out the Bolts tonight?
