The episode featured a Girl Scout camp intended to lighten the mood among the women after the disastrous Breakfast at Tiffany's outing, which ended with Mary breaking up a screaming match with Meredith Marks and her abruptly leaving.
The camp outing didn't help much either, with Mary getting into it with several housewives, so much that she didn't attend an event at Meredith Marks' house.
The talk at the event ultimately turned to Mary, with Meredith admitting, 'her behavior is very unusual' and 'not in character.'
'It makes me wonder if there is like some bigger problem going on here?' Meredith wondered, as Britani Bateman agreed.
'Maybe we need to give Mary a little bit of grace. Maybe she does have something wrong,' Britani wondered, as the episode cut to Mary's house.
Mary admitted in confession that Robert Jr. was a 'perfect child' and 'very smart' but along the way something had changed.
Robert Jr. admitted to taking a Xanax and then an 'Adderall to balance out the Xanax,' as she asked if he was unhappy.
'Sometimes I feel like, life is like chicken unseasoned, but when I get high it's like adding seasoning to it,' Robert Jr. said, before admitting he started taking drugs when he turned 16.

He then admitted to taking acid and molly and cocaine, adding a 'turning point' for him was taking 10 Oxy pills at once and he couldn't even feel it.
A tearful Mary admitted, 'I won't judge you,' though she insisted that she would not support it and she wants to help him if he wants help.
He wouldn't even admit that he was having a problem with drugs, as Mary said in confession that she was disappointed in herself.
She said he will die if he keeps on this path and he admitted, 'I wanted to die at the time,' and that he felt like 'a stain,' and that, 'this world wasn't for me,' before making a heartbreaking admission.
A tearful Mary said, 'If something ever happened to you, do you understand what would happen to me?' Robert Jr. responded, 'You're the only reason I didn't kill myself.'
Robert Jr. tearfully admitted, 'I just barely started being happy again,' as she told her son, 'Please, baby, recognize it, own it, and change it. Because you can,' as they embraced as the episode came to an end.
Fans were blown away by the touching scene, including X user @GossipInformer, who said, 'Now, this is REALITY! So many are going through this and don't seek help. Especially young black men. I'm sure he is helping so many people tonight. I love how Mary takes accountability for her part. I hope she stays the course and keeps him on the right path. Be hands on.'
